Monarch Ear Care Arvostelua

I booked an appointment and when I turned up the building was locked and no one was there. I called the number on the website and emailed but still, a week later, I have had no response.

So unfortunately I can’t comment on the actual service as my appointment never came to fruition!

very pleased , all treatment was explained clearly and I felt confident and safe

You provide a very good service and one I know I can trust. Thank you Michele Coker.

I have had two appointments with Monarch Ear Care as my ears were quite bad. Katy has been incredible with explaining everything, her patience and care throughout is amazing. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

Katy was very professional and made sure that I was fully informed of what was happening and any possible side-effects which fortunately there were none.
I will definitely be using her again if the need arises

Very friendly lady, she explained the whole process, so I knew what to expect. The treatment took a lot longer than expected, but the end result was considerably better hearing. Thank you Kate.

Very well explained during the procedure

I would definitely recommend Katy for ear care to anyone . She is very experienced and explains everything fully. I will 100% go back to her and will refer my family and friends to her.Thankyou Katy x

My second round of treatment from Monarch Ear Care was as careful and thorough as before. Everything explained in detail and it was a pain-free, unhurried experience which has helped my hearing enormously. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! I didn’t realise how bad my ears were, What a difference! I can now hear bird song that I haven’t heard in a long time. My ears are now completely clear. Conversation is now much easier being able to hear everything that is said and knowing how loud to speak.
Katy is very thorough and explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand, her knowledge of everything to do with the ear is amazing.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has problems with hearing.

Very thorough and compassionate treatment during my appointment.

Fantastic attention to detail. Really listens to what issues you have with your ears and takes the time to do an excellent job.

Katy was very thorough and informative and made a real improvement to my mothers hearing. Very impressed and will be booking for other members of the family.

Katy is a very pleasant and friendly young woman. It was my first experience of microsuction. Katy explained what it was very thoroughly, what she was going to do and what noises I would hear. If I needed her to stop, she stopped instantly. All in all it was a very relaxed experience with a consumate professional.
