My company (Aspire Scientific) recently had the pleasure of hosting a webinar with James from Posture Stars, focusing on posture and workspace set-up, and it was an excellent session. James delivered an engaging and interactive session that struck the perfect balance between practical advice and insightful tips.

His clear, approachable style made the content easy to follow, and he tailored the session well to our team’s needs. The interactive elements encouraged participation and helped keep everyone involved throughout. Amazing Alexander Sessions
I could nt believe how much better my neck (which has been stiff and aching for almost 2 years )felt after just one session with James.In fact it felt back to normal .
I assumed the stiffness would creep back after a day or two but the huge improvement was sustained for well over a week and it has kept so much better 4 weeks on -amazing !
After the 2nd session I was struck by how much calmer I felt -perhaps not surprising given James encourages you just to let go , not to try and not to concentrate ,a rare and most enjoyable opportunity
I m really looking forward to my next session and another dose of James 'positivity,empathy and skill.

James took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, rather than just roll out a standard programme. After initial basic work we successfully applied the learning to my specific concerns

James is extremely knowledgeable and a friendly chap to deal with!

James was recommended to me by another healthcare professional. I had really poor posture due to advancing years, and it was affecting my breathing/lung capacity which I was amazed to hear. Anyway I have had 6 sessions with James and he has worked wonders! Not only has my breathing improved considerably, I no longer wheeze and rattle, my lungs are much clearer, and my stoop has disappeared. I would highly recommend James if you have any posture problems, he is just brilliant and such a nice guy as well.

A full assessment of posture was thoroughly made and it was really good to hear that the ankle problem was not related to any other body issues than the foot itself. The approach was professional and friendly which made the session a very worthwhile experience.

James was able to immediately diagnose the issues I had with my home office set up. I modified my space according to his recommendations. The next follow up session, I had nothing but compliments for him. Problems fixed. Thank you James! You're absolutely wonderful!

Excellent teacher and very professional and approachable

James was very helpful in selecting not only the right chair for me, but also deciding on its detail specification. After delivery, he attended with great care to setting it up, thus negating my concerns about the multitude of adjusting levers. I ended up with a good working installation at my computing desk.

James is really good at giving suggestions about ergonomics and he explains things very clearly

James is a very effective practitioner. I was suffering from pain due to multiple injuries to the tendons in my arms which was affecting my career as a performing musician. After a few sessions I could feel an improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in pain. After a full course I was able to resume performing. Using James's follow up exercises and advice I am now in a position to manage my condition and am on the road to full recovery.

It is hard to put into words how much I value James Crowe. I have returned to working with James after the first 18 months of the pandemic, during which I had a hip replacement. I had almost forgotten how my legs, hips and pelvis could feel relaxed and soft and movement could feel integrated. Physio has been important in rebuilding strength but James has provided something special and given me a new normal in restoring trust in my body.

I cannot recommend James enough.

James was extremely well informed and very effective in his evaluation. He also came across as very friendly yet professional which is always a great combination and inspires confidence.

My setup was okay, as I have spent a lot of time and money over the years ensuring that it was, and I have an electric desk for sitting and standing. But it was good to hear another perspective again focussed on me personally, and get the up to date info that current research suggests is optimal - particularly with the time you should spend sitting vs standing. Also that you need to implement what you know and make sure you do it. Yes, the work is important, but your health, more so, and this must be remembered. Also a good tip on a timer I can buy that tells me when to sit or stand to help keep me on the straight and narrow!

James was really helpful and provided a lot of advice and suggestions, and also explained why they were necessary which is helpful to me going forward to be able to correct both my current and any future work set up. He asked questions about how I spent my working day as well, and suggested ways to make sure I wouldnt be straining my body too much based on my working patterns which I thought was very insightful too.
