We are sorry to read this review, as it leaves out an important part of what actually happened.
We ship our products worldwide and use a controlled packing process specifically designed to prevent individual parts from being omitted. For this reason, when a customer reports that something is missing from a shipment, we ask that any shortage or damage be reported at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier. This was also explained to you.
Nevertheless, despite there being no evidence that the parts were missing when the parcel was dispatched, we decided to resolve the matter in your favor. As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly produced and shipped the reported “missing” gauge faces to you at our expense. You received them and therefore have the complete set.
Regarding the photos: you were never “punished” for sending poor-quality pictures. We simply had to ask several times for clear photos because Porsche 911 SC gauges exist in many different versions and combinations, and we cannot correctly identify the required version from unclear pictures.
We therefore find it disappointing that the review presents the matter as unresolved and suggests that we refused to help, when in fact we sent the additional parts and completed your set at our expense.

Ho acquistato due volte gli stessi interfoni perchè la prima volta non si collegavano tra di loro, dopo dieci mail con video hanno deciso di accettarmi il reso, dopo un mese ancora non vedo i soldi. La seconda volta ho acquistato il pacco risulta consegnato ma non ho ricevuto niente, dopo un paio di mail dove spiegavo, hanno detto che hanno aperto la segnalazione. Dopo una settimana non mi rispondono più. Ho buttato 150 euro.

Elegí unos diales de plasma que según su página web eran válidos para el Ford Escort RS Turbo y cual fue mi sorpresa que el dial del velocímetro no adaptaba al original. Les mando la foto y me dicen que fui yo que no elegí bien el dial. Si yo tengo un RS Turbo y el dial teóricamente es para RS Turbo no debería haber equivocación. Me ofrecen cambiármelo pagando yo los gastos de envío. Mal por ellos. Muy disgustado.

Unfortunately, this review leaves out the most important part of the story.
You did not purchase a standard OEM-style Escort RS Turbo dial set. You chose a TUNING version designed for a modified instrument cluster, specifically a version with a modified boost gauge integrated into the rev counter.
Your original cluster does NOT have this modification.
More importantly, this was explained to you BEFORE your purchase. We clearly informed you that this particular dial version required modification to your cluster. Despite receiving this information, you decided to order it anyway.
After receiving the product, you then complained that it did not match your original, unmodified cluster — which is exactly what we had explained beforehand.
Nevertheless, we still offered you the possibility of exchanging it for the appropriate version. Since the product supplied was exactly the version you selected and ordered, and was not defective or incorrectly supplied, the shipping costs for a voluntary exchange were naturally not covered by us.
We are always happy to resolve genuine mistakes on our side at our expense. However, choosing a tuning version despite being informed that it requires modification, and then presenting this publicly as if we had simply sent the wrong product, gives a very misleading picture of what actually happened.

Ho acquistato i fondini contakm da moman.pl e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto del prodotto. La qualità dei materiali è ottima, le grafiche sono ben definite e l’aspetto finale è molto curato, migliorando sensibilmente l’estetica del quadro strumenti.
Il montaggio è risultato abbastanza semplice e le misure sono risultate precise, segno di una buona attenzione ai dettagli. Anche la leggibilità, sia di giorno che di notte, è eccellente.
Spedizione puntuale e prodotto conforme alla descrizione. Consiglio sicuramente moman.pl a chi vuole rinnovare il look del proprio cruscotto con un prodotto di qualità.

Unprofessional and inconsistent – Avoid if you value customer service.
I contacted Moman.pl to order a custom set of dials for my Mini. After initially receiving a clear quote of 130 EUR + shipping via email, I received a second email later with a different, higher price.
When I politely pointed out the discrepancy and provided a screenshot of their original quote, the response I received was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of explaining the error, they simply replied: "Just buy elsewhere, have a good day mate."
Any company that reacts with hostility when asked to clarify their own pricing is not one I would trust with my money. Very poor communication and zero professional integrity.
Avoid.
UPDATE (Feb 16, 2026):
After I paid the agreed €155 in full, the company confirmed my custom specs but is now explicitly refusing to manufacture or ship my order unless I delete this review first. This is blatant review extortion. I have provided approval for the design, but they are holding my money hostage to force me to remove my honest feedback. Unethical business practice—beware.

The initial situation you described was related to a quotation error in email communication, which we acknowledge could have been handled more clearly at the time.
Regarding your order — it was subsequently placed and fully paid via PayPal, after which we proceeded with a custom production process based on your approved design.
During production, one of the dials had a manufacturing defect affecting light transparency. As soon as this was identified, we produced and shipped a corrected replacement immediately at our cost. The updated part was delivered and resolved the issue.
At no point was the final fulfillment of the order dependent on the removal of a review. The order was completed, and the issue was addressed in line with our policy for defective products.
All communication and steps in the process have been documented.

The initial email exchange did involve a quotation error, which we acknowledge could have been handled more clearly.

2014 Mustang dial replacement
I ordered a speed+tacho replacement from MPH to KMH for my 2014 mustang, and the product coming from MOMAN was found to be of great quality and perfect fit. Besides the speed conversion it provides (imho) a new great look to my dashboard. The delivery was also very fast and effective, so I certainly recommend!

Aquistato coppia moman h2s uno era completamente bloccato con luce blu fissa ho mandato loro un video esplicito ove si vedeva benissimo che l'oggetto era bloccato nessuna funzione fattibile neppure il reset
Bene dopo circa 10 email e diventato lampante il fatto che non hanno nessuna intenzione di farsi carico di un loro oggetto che non funziona coMe detto a loro per 30 euro IO non posso mangiarmi il fegato e perdere tempo alle loro mail che cercano sempre di sviare il problema perche non vogliono farsene carico
