Absolutely FIVE stars

Absolutely FIVE stars. They tailor made a "at home mini bar experience" for presents I need.....with everything you would find in a hotel minibar. Great fun and really well packaged. Brilliant customer service

Happy

Always deliver on time and if it’s a gift they hand write a card. Very happy with Mollys and have used them many times to send wine as gifts and will definitely be using them again

Sent the wrong product even though I specified it was due a special occasion and preferred brand . Was guaranteed no problem and would arrive by requested date which it did

Was promised a refund on my credit as the product delivered was cheaper Thst was the end of April still waiting .

The two star raising for for the service and condition of product would have been a 3 had I received my refund and a 5 if delivered as promised

During quarantine I was obviously trying to stay away from going out as much as possible, trips to the off license included.

Molloys offered an excellent range of craft beers and wines for a good price and fast delivery with completely recyclable packaging.
