Emily was great. I have been waiting so long for this order. I never received it and it never shipped it just stayed in process with no movement. Waiting on my refund and I will not use this company again. I was giving information that they were backed up because of Mother's Day
I placed my order in the beginning of March. That did not sound right. I was given coupons for the inconvenience. But why would I order more things when I cannot get the first order. Waiting for my refund.

Everything was great!! The quality and service!!

Emily was helpful- I hope she can get my order expidited.

I was having a lot of trouble getting a refund from justzozo that I was definitely entitled to. It has been such a hassle and the responses very rude and not helpful at all. I have never dealt with a disreputable company before and this is my last time with justzozo ! Thank goodness , I did a live chat with Emily and she was extremely helpful and so nice to work with ! Finally, I will get the credit I deserve , thanks to Emily. She is very professional and an asset to the company.

Modlily has been excellent in processing and handling my order. I had to return the dress for a size exchange and it was super easy to do. The customer service representative Emily was very proficient and helpful. I would order from Modlily again!

I chatted with Emily. Very helpful. I paid for the International shipping and it was not to arrive until two days after I would be leaving for a vacation. Emily stated she would put a rush on this so I would receive (hopefully) on time. Thank you Emily.

I placed an order but accidently enter my email address incorrectly, so I did not have a receipt. Emily was very helpful and located my order! She is also helping me receive my bathing suits before my beach trip which is super helpful!!
