Do not purchase from this company, the items look nothing like photos, trying to return items for refund is extremely difficult, they will credit your account not issue refund to your original payment method!! Absolutely avoid

Pretty much all of the items you find on Modily you can buy for a fraction of the price on shein or temu

I bought 3 bathing suits. I was supposed to get one free. They all qualified but modlily would not give me the extra. I bought 3 2 piece bathing suits for my vacation. I wore the blue one today at the beach. It changed color to green. I used another one yesterday. Neither fit quit right. They are too loose in the bottom part.

Ordered 3 dresses and a top which eventually arrived. Decided to return all but one. I don't have a printer and despite them saying on their return info that they can send a QR code, it seems that they cannot. Eventually I found somebody to print the label for me, I took it to the Post Office, label was defective. I then paid for my own label to return it Tracked 48 with a signature. It was delivered 2 days later but almost 4 weeks down the line they are saying it hasn't been received. Despite the fact there is a signature and a photo as proof of delivery. They are telling me to take it up with Royal Mail. But they clearly lost it after it was received by them. I have opened a PayPal dispute, hopefully it will decide in my favour otherwise I have lost almost £70. Avoid.

I ordered a top from this company, waited weeks for it and was told it had been delivered, when I looked on my account it said it had been delivered to an address that wasn't mine days before. Took me ages to get intouch with Modily to be told they would send a replacement out...Still waiting for that !!! Again contacted to be told its on its way...Still waiting , lets hope I get a refund !!!! Shocking Company. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGIAN.

I never received my order ...has been 4 months. No response to emails. Tracking number does not work...takes you to their site for placing orders. Do not order from this scam company! I will never get my money back.

I ordered a bathing suit in April was was supposed to have by May 19th. However when I checked the status it said now May 28th. Its now June 5th and I have yet received the order and I cant get any response from anyone to answer my emails. I asked for a refund because I dont think im getting what I paid for. Do NOT order from this company!!!

I ordered this on the 14th May. To date all I have received is numerous messages saying it has been shipped on 29th May from China. Not worth using this company

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience

I purchased several items from Modlily in good faith, believing I was dealing with a company operating from the UK. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The items took approximately three weeks to arrive, by which time my holiday had already passed and the clothing was no longer needed. The website gave the impression of being a UK-based company, but the lengthy dispatch and delivery times suggested otherwise.

When I contacted customer services regarding the delay and requested a refund, the process was difficult and frustrating. I was not provided with a full refund and felt that my concerns were not properly addressed.

Before leaving this review, I looked through other customer feedback and was surprised to find many reviews describing very similar experiences regarding delivery times, refunds and customer service.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would advise potential customers to carefully review the delivery and refund terms before placing an order.

I would give no stars if there was an option.poor quality and you can’t get through their return system> 3 us us have tried numerous times. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Caveat Emptor...Buyer Beware! That's the term I would strongly use with this company. I found this product very appealing based on their online advertisements and wanted to surprise my wife with some of their selections with an upcoming tropical getaway in February. I ordered from them in January 2026 with an initial delivery date for the end of January. It turns out the money they invest in promoting their product ends there.
I was informed they shipped the product so they charged my account for the balance. they missed the scheduled delivery but failed to follow-up with any communication. I had to hunt down how to contact them and was told it was now well into February. So now nothing has shown up and the trip is rapidly approaching with nothing delivered. Funny thing is they do not provide refunds but only product exchanges. In the meantime I am inundated with their other other product promotions daily. I expected in this competitive day they would have customer service at the top of their priorities, especially if they expect repeat customer business. Beware!

The dresses I received were nothing like the pictures. They looked so nice and fancy in the pictures, but were actually really cheap, thin fabric, with details just printed on. They look horrible and are not even wearable. I should have looked at reviews, but they were so pretty I ordered them. Big mistake, one I will never make again. Now I have nothing to wear for Halloween. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS 100% A SCAM!

Ordered three swimsuits for my holiday. None arrived, they said one had been delivered but could not provide proof of delivery. I have requested a refund three times but they ignore me. Keep offering me alternative goods which I don't want. My holiday came and went. Awful service, dreadful company. They are thieves - they just steal money!!

Sizing is all wrong and description is incorrect. Bikini was suppose to have tummy control but yet didn't so I asked for refund and they refused it! Will never use this company again and hope this review prevents others from going through this. Wish I'd read the reviews before.

I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. Deceptive pricing and customer service is nonexistent. Need I say more? Stay away-far,far away.

Still haven’t received my money back and I’ve returned 2 suits! They are trying to push store credit they said multiple times they are going to refund me but haven’t don’t buy from them

Terribile company, scums. They lie about the delivery, they don’t want to refund you, instead they give a store credit. DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered some swimwear mid June for my holidays in July. The items never arrived, they claimed that their couriers tried to deliver, half of the order was returned to them and the other half was allegedly delivered. I never received anything and have been trying to get a full refund which they clearly don’t want to give. Disgusting!
