Love the new bed for my daughter, very well made.. I am very happy I found this company. Fast shipping but I wish there was little better communication with shipping. 2 pieces were supposed to be shipped and did not know when the other piece was coming. But good customer service…
Not all of the hardware was present. I reached out for assistance on getting the hardware sent quickly to me as I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel. I asked for the hardware to be sent ASAP but before Thursday. I emailed someone on Saturday they responded on Sunday evening. I was told it will take 3-5 days after shipping to arrive. I received a shipping notification 4 days after emailing them that the hardware will arrive on Monday nine days after I first emailed them that I was missing hardware. Customer service is not good. I paid $13.79 for worry free protection but I've done nothing but worry. If I could return it I would.
