Customer service is second to none! I had a couple of hiccups with delivery and Adam went all out to resolve all issues. 5 ⭐️ rating from me!

Ordering and delivery were fine but, the build quality of the item purchased was had manufacturing issues which were a nightmare to resolve. A supplier problem but, MHI should ensure that their products are of quality.

I cannot recommend Modern Home Interiors more! From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them, especially Adam went above and beyond! We had a bed on hold for months waiting for our home to be finished, nothing was too much for them, it definitely was a welcome gesture for what was a very hectic time for us. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

I would just like to agree with all the comments about the exceptional levels of customer service. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I had ordered a number of items including a couple which turned out to have manufacturing defects. After reporting these issues Adam worked tirelessly to try and resolve them with the suppliers. During the whole process the support was handled very efficiently and professionally and there was always clear communication which gave me great trust that the problems would eventually be resolved.

First class service from Modern Home Interiors - order arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. The nest of coffee tables were exactly as described and excellent quality for a very reasonable price.

I Wanted a Julian Bowen sideboard and table, I found modern home interiors by chance whilst searching the web, I have never brought furniture without going into a shop and seeing it, from speaking to Adam to ordering the furniture the customer service and staff were fantastic, I was given a choice of delivery date , the couriers were great we are in our middle seventies they brought the furniture into our home with no problem they were all fantastic, will buy from them again.

Scammers! Avoid at all costs! We ordered a dining table back in September to be delivered to my partners flat on first floor. Payment went through and we received a confirmation. We received a notification on 7th October that item was shipped and we will receive it within few days. We received a phone call from the delivery company called Panther Logistics ( they have a reputation for being terrible). A lady left a voice mail to call to arrange a delivery. I rang the number about 10 times but no one would answer the phone.
A week later I received a call from same mobile number which was Panther to arrange a delivery. I was told that they won’t deliver it to the first floor and would leave it on the ground floor. I challenged it and told her no one told me when I placed this order that they wouldn’t deliver the item to the first floor. I told her that I would need to speak with retailer about this. I tried to find a number to call this company but couldn’t from their website. I finally found a number on google and rang but it was directed to a mobile. I spoke to a guy called Usman. He told me that no company in the UK deliver this item to the first floor and I would need to accept it or face a handling fee of 20% if I was to cancel it! I told him that isn unfair but agreed for them to deliver it to ground floor flat to enable us to unpack and inspect it. He said he would contact the delivery company to organise it. 2 weeks later I heard nothing and chased again only to be told the delivery company only deliver in my area every 2 weeks and it will be delivered next week.
Following week nothing happened and I chased again. This time I was told that I may have spoken to the delivery company in a bad way so they are not delivering it. This was most ridiculous thing I heard in my life that a delivery company is saulking and holding my item hostage because they didn’t like me telling them to deliver the item to first floor as I paid for it!
I was then threaten with handling fees so cant cancel it. I was told by Usman again because the delivery may take 6 weeks I can’t do anything and only have to wait and wait. I then received abusive and harassing text messages from Usman which I couldn’t believe it from a business. It got to the point that I had to report this to the Police. All I wanted was to receive the good I paid for nothing else!
As I had paid for the item with my credit card I then made a claim so I could get my money back. Usman then though he was clever and issued a refund on Sunday! He of course deducted 20%. He also told me that I don’t know anything about credit card and he knows everything. Well working fro credit card company for 10 years I know my rights and expecting a full refund. I will post pictures of harassing text messages from Usman on Google to warn other to think again before buying anything from this one man band company!

My new dining chairs are beautiful and they match my table. The service I received via Adam through customer service was excellent and I would recommend them to family and friends.
