Great experience overall! I saw these chairs on Next website and reverse image searched to find them on sale with you, 'saving' me 50% in costs. Ordered and delivered to Scotland (Sunday) within 5 days. Delivery flawless with full communication from that team.start to finish. The chairs are beautiful. Luxury look but light weight, easy to assemble and well packed. Very comfortable for humans and cats!!! Thank you!!

Easy to order Tivoli bookcases.
Easy to order the Tivoli bookcases via the website.
The company answered my phone, when I made an enquiry and were helpful.
Products arrived promotly, using Bentley's associated White Glove delivery partner.
Delivery was prompt but unfortunately the White Glove service damaged one of the shelves, whilst building the furniture. I'm going to have to try and fix that damage myself with wood filler.
Had it not been for this damage, I would have awarded 5 stars.

Delivered earlier than expected, within the time frame stated, the text message telling me it was arriving at 7am was a bit misleading it only left Birmingham at 6.28 and didn’t get to me until 10.05

Definitely 5 star in terms of the value and quality of goods, customer service and after-sales support.
It’s not until an issue arises, that a business reveals its full level of customer service. For me, issues did occur - albeit solely the fault and responsibility of an independent courier.
To complicate matters, whilst Bentley Designs supplied the goods - the furniture was actually purchased from a different retailer. Nevertheless, Zak at Bentley Designs Outlet, provided outstanding customer support, in order to resolve the matter.
Zak endeavoured to resolve this issue in a timely manner, with excellent communication and customer service throughout. He liaised with the courier and retailer, in order to quickly offer a resolution.
Indeed, most certainly above and beyond my expectations; the next working day, Zak arranged for two (very courteous, professional gentlemen!) of his in-house team, to travel a 180 mile round journey, in order to ensure that the product was delivered and assembled to my satisfaction. Upon completion, he also took the time to contact me personally to ensure that I was completely satisfied - exceptional customer care and support!
Also, delighted with the quality of the furniture: I would most certainly recommend Bentley Designs Outlet and certainly consider them for future purchases.
