Moderix Arvostelua 

Ordered and paid for some cabinet hanging rails from this company, never arrived.
Tried to contact them via website and phone, website says carrying out maintenance, phone now unavailable.
Avoid at all cost.

I have not received the hinges the store ooo.

Item never received and cant get hold of seller as website down. Checked other reviews and lots of people reporting the same that they never received their goods and company unresponsive so can only conclude no one should deal with them

Not even worth the 1 star I’ve given it. Zero stars would be more appropriate! Avoid at all costs. I made a purchase. Received order number email…… then nothing. No item delivered to me. No contact from Moderix and they ignored my emails asking for an update. Claimed refund through bank thankfully!

The goods were paid for but never arrived. No communication from the seller and no offer of a refund or replacements.
I won't be using them again and you not recommend them

Placed an order with "2-3 Days" delivery time 4 weeks ago, still nothing. Website now down. Draw your own conclusions...

I placed an order including paying for next day delivery. Over a week later, order tracking still shows as 'processing'.
I now have no need for the goods. I have emailed to cancel the order. No response.

They still have my money.

Have I been scammed?

One star is too many for the service this company gives. No communication at all since the order was placed despite sending a couple of emails chasing it

Still waiting for my order placed on 21st Feb '25, despite payment having been taken shortly after ordering. No response to my emails in the meantime.

Not impressed!!! Feels as though I might not receive my goods at all and they'll pocket my payment. Be warned.

Order never arrived. Tried contacting them and phone number doesn't work. Went up to their building as they're close by and it's been locked up for the past month according to the business next to them

The goods have not been received despite paying for next day delivery. It now 6 days since I ordered. Furthermore I emailed to enquire their whereabouts but received no response.

Ordered a wardrobe rail and selected Next Day delivery. 3 weeks on there is still no update on my order. I requested full refund, but no response... Dodgy... Avoid!

I haven’t received my order yet and i placed my order over a week ago - and no one has responded to my emails enquiring where my order is! Not great unfortunately :(

I am still waiting for a small order that I placed over three weeks ago, no reply to my 4 messages sent via their online portal and phone number just sends you straight to an answer machine, no reply despite leaving two messages on that as well. No items and seemingly no way to get a refund. I will be taking this up with B and Q as they are a third party direct supplier. Very poor, wish I could give zero stars.

Item not arrived. Absolutely no response from company. The phone number rings out. Can't even get refund. Appalling really.

Unresponsive company. Order didn't arrive. Tried contacting to check the status of the order through phone and email but no joy. Please avoid at all cost. I wouldn't even order something for free from this shit company.
