I ordered an item for my N gauge railway on Friday 19/7/24 and received an acknowledgment of my order very quickly. I then received a further notification that the item was in packing and shortly after it had been posted. Royal Mail delivered it on the morning of Saturday 20/7/24. I can't fault my experience.
I wanted some OO gauge ballast for my layout and was pleasantly surprised by the selection available. I paid for the quickest delivery as I was eager to get to work and as promised my purchase arrived the very next day, when I needed further supplies they arrived in good time even when they were sent standard delivery. I can't fault my experience and will be back for further purchases as my layout progresses.
