Pessimo venditore
1.Ho ricevuto un prodotto diverso dalla descrizione e quindi ho dovuto restituire ce voluto del tempo per mandarmi modulo di reso
2. Dopo aver ricevuto modulo di reso ho mandato in Nederland con tanto di traccia ed e arrivato in pochi giorni il 26/04/2022 3. Dopo averli scritto e riscritto accennato denuncia alla polizia e arrivato rimborso il 17/06/2022 dopo quasi 2 mesi.

I purchased few items from this website, package arrived quickly, after trying them on there were 2 dresses that needed to be returned due to bad quality. So I contacted them to tell me how to return these because there was no invoice or return slip included with the package.
So this is how my bad experience started:
First, they offered me a 15$ voucher to be used on their website on next purchases, and to keep the dresses I wanted to return, but this voucher is not even a third of the price of these 2 dresses, so I refused and asked them to tell me about the process of returning them, which until now they refused to tell me.
Second, there response to messages is appalling, I kept sending them emails and messages through WhatsApp for a whole week which ment there would be a delay in returning the items.
At the end after a whole week and me threatening them with bad feedback, they sent instructions on how to return the unwanted dresses. They where late because on that same day I had to travel abroad and therefore unable to return them.

This is a very bad shopping place. They are not responsible, I ordered a dress 5 days before Eid and I needed it 10 days after the Eid so there was enough time to ship and deliver the dress since they said in their website it needs 7-10 days to deliver. However they did not ship it right away and they wanted to wait till the end of three days of Eid to do shipping which makes it possible to not have the dress at the time so I cancelled the order and they did not refund me my money, I contacted them several times using the app, the Facebook massenger and the WhatsApp but they stopped replying to my messages. In short they stole my money,

This seller is horrible, refused to pay for a shipping label! This is my first time buying and clothes didn’t fit well, I requested a refund when I went to ship back they are asking for over $300 this is crazy! Clothes that were only $160 and pay $300 for returns, um noooooo!! All companies world wide accept returns and provide shipping labels! Do not , do not buy anything from this company!

MODA SELVIM is a total rip off, poor quality costermer service no response to outreach to check status of my order which was paid for in full and I have yet to received. I would not recommend shopping at Moda Selvim

If I could give this garbage company less than a 1 star I would! Ordered a dress from here that smelled like SWEAT AMD PERFUME MIXED. BUT MOSTLY STRAIGHT BIDY ODOR. which clearly means this dress was returned. Complained to customer service and asked for another dress and they proceeded to call me a liar and say it’s impossible the dress smelled like body odor and that it is the smell of the fabric. I’m sorry what ? Your fabric smells like body odor and perfume mixed ? Then said no exchanged and called me a liar once again. Absolutely horrible do not order from this place.

Das Unternehmen, die Leistung, die Qualität und Kundenservice sind einfach zum weg werfen!
Vor einem Jahr habe ich ein Kleid bestellt, was mir aber nicht gepasst hat.
Kein Geld zurück.
Zurücksenden gibt es auch nicht.

Jetzt 2021 habe ich ein Set bestellt... das was geliefert wurde hatte überall Löcher drin.
Die Hose komplett für den Müll und das Oberteil ebenso.

NIE WIEDER!!!

Wer sein Geld nicht an solche Betrüger verlieren will, sollte die Finger von dieser Seite lassen.

Wenn man Null Sterne vergeben könnte, hätte ich mit Null bewertet!

The items are not advertised and even worse when i raise a concern about the item that i received, the customer support act like a boss. Guess what they don't give a damn s**t. Definitely not recommended if you're buying from overseas. Shipment delays are just normal and as matter of fact no one will get back to you.

Iade edeceginizde yardimci olmuyorlar. Sorunuza “size nasil yardimci olabilirim” seklinde cevap veriyorlar, sonrasinda saatlerce yok oluyor. Berbat!

Livraison rapide chez moi. J'ai passé ma commande le 21/02 et elle est arrivée le 25/02 je suis vraiment satisfaite. Produits correspondent exactement aux photos et la taille vraiment est bien
Pas besoin de choisir une taille plus grande pour les manteaux ils sont parfaitement adapté à votre taille.

Very Bad Quality!! I buy for 135€ to Germany. Then i send all items back because of bad quality and Sizes does not fits and i have to pay 35€ for DHL. The Package is in Turkey since 1 month ago, but Modaselvim don't want to take it, and they did not gave me my Money!! I lost 170€ by ModaSelvim!! Please no one buy from them, many People buy from Europa and when they want to return no one has their money!! They just sell, and when return never gave Money back!! Please Report them and no one buy from here. Best Regards 25.11.2020 Germany

Update: my Parcle came back on 18.12.2020 and i have to Pay another 20€ to DHL to take it. That means i lost 190€ as final!!

Calisan Elemanlar tecrübesiz ve sonuca varilmiyor.
kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum bu siteden hatta modaselvimden alisveris yapmalarini. Tüm tanidiklarimada dedim alisveris yapmayin daha da digcem.
böyle bir müsteri hizmetleri görmedim hayatimda.
tüm tanidiklarimda digcem nasil bir tecrübe edindigimi modaselvimden.

Ben ürünleri aldim ürün bol geldi birde dikiş hatası vardı resimdeki gibi gözükmüyor.Almanyadan sipariş vermiştim geri gönderdim aradan iki ay olacak paramı göndermediler.Bu şirketten sipariş vermenizi tavsiye etmem.

Bir senedir paramin peşinde koşuyorum.. Yazmasam, paramin uzerine yatacaklar.. Başlarda geri dönüş yapıyorlardi.. Artik sallamiyorlar bile. Alacak param var, ödemeniz yapıldi deniliyor 1 ay oldu ortada para yok. Gönderdikleri dekonta iade gerçekleştirlmemistir yaziyir buna ragmen bana bu dekontu defalarca yollayip iadeniz yapildi deniliyor.. Ee yapıldiysa para nerde?? Asla asla asla tavsiye etmiyorum.. 300€ alacagim paranin hala 135€nin iadesi yapilmadi.. Çalışanlar sorumsuz ve beceriksiz.. Tüm gün ne isle Meşguler merak ediyorum..

Bir daha asla,başkasınada tafsiye etmiyorum.
Beğenmediniz ürünleri geri iade yaptığınız zaman paranızı alamiyorsunuz ,misal ben Nisan ayında beğenmediğimi ürünü geri iade yaptım param halen ödenmedi şu an Aralık ayındayız, onlara param haram olsun aslında alırım ama avukata vereceğim para geri alacağım paradan fazla tutar ...!!!

Schickt nur Chinaware Umtausch gibts nicht. Geld zurück überhaupt nicht.
İch habe einem Mantel bestellt wobei die linke Tasche zu klein genäht ist.
Rechts ist in Ordnung aber links ist klein.
Es hat innen einen Teddyfutter, was meine Oberbekleidung nach oben zieht.
Wollte es umtauschen hab angerufen sehr lange gewartet und aufgelegt.
Telefonisch sind die nicht erreichbar.
Hab email geschrieben Umtausch geht nur auf meine Kosten und Geld zurück geht gar nicht.
Ich verstehe das nicht.
Man kann doch nicht Artikel mit Fehlern verkaufen und es nicht zurück nehmen.
Das ist eine Betrügerseite.
Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich da was bestellt habe.
Ich hoffe die gehen bald Pleite.
Meine 77 Euro sind weg und den Mantel kann ich entsorgen.

Ich warte auch seit längerem auf Retouren und warte warte...

Ich habe vor einem Jahr was bestellt, nie die Ware erhalten und genauso mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen.

Habe schon mehrmals Kontakt aufgenommen doch leider ohne Erfolg.

Anscheinend wird die Rücksendung in Deuschland in einem Container gesammelt und erst wenn es gefüllt ist bringen, die es in die Türkei.

Nun ist es 1,5 Jahre her und ich habe meine 200€ nie zurück bekommen und nie die Ware auch nie erhalten.
