I used to think that "cosmetics" were only for women, but a friend convinced me to try Modarak's face wash. My skin has never felt cleaner or looked so good. The best part? It's not oily like other products I've tried. I'm officially a convert and will be buying more.

Warning!! Fraud fraud fraud! Fake Produkt, fake Adresse, in dubai not registered ,,,, i reported them to police and DED! My bank hopefully could get my money back!!! Please report them to police!!

Fake products…. The outside packaging seems legit to the untrained eye but when opened from the smell and the differences in color, in applicator, in the tag it is too obvious that these are all fake.

I have been texting them on WhatsApp and writing emails everyday for a week now! No response! The WhatsApp replied we will contacts the responsible department once. No one contacted me yet! They don’t answer WhatsApp or emails. Very disappointed. Never buying anything from them again. I will report to Economic Department.

I ordered a few skincare products through Modarak.com and received them within 3 days in Dubai. The packaging was secure, and the products are clearly genuine. What I really liked was the WhatsApp update about my delivery status—it felt very personal. Will definitely order again

Worse experience ever, I have ordered a serum a month back and I haven’t received my order yet, every time I text them they tell me will deliver today and they never do . I’m asking for a refund and will not accept anything else

Order 186# - slow response from customer care. Nobody is answering the phone. tracking the delivery is almost impossible.

The company sells fake items.
Do not buy from them.

They do not reply or respond to you as well.

They failed to supply specified Product. Then they remain out of contact. Modarak has fine tuned the act of commercial deception. Avoid at all costs

Its a scam. They dont even exist. U order they take ur money and disappear. Never buy from them

Complete scam - I ordered two skinceutical products which they never sent. Followed up with customer care multiple times and no response. Avoid at all costs.

FAKE! I ordered Skinceutical CE ferulic, and this product is fake. Customer service is not responding anymore.

I ordered 2 items last Aug 10, 2025 but until now there is no update on my order. I tried to reach them by email and whatsapp but no one is responding.

I recently purchased two bottles of Skinceuticals CE Ferulic Acid from MODARAK.AE for the first time (a product I’ve been using for 5–6 years) and was shocked to discover that both are fake. I’m utterly disappointed. Yes the prices seemed too good to be true - but the texture, smell and packaging immediately raised red flags. Unlike the genuine product, these bottles came with the dropper already attached! To make matters worse, I was also sent the wrong Skinceuticals moisturiser.
A big lesson learnt: I’ll only be buying from reliable sellers going forward even if it means paying more!

I’ve placed an order from the add on Insta in August, for almost 2k aed and never received any delivery and no notification from them.
Contacted their customer service and got no reply.
Want to raise an official complaint from the customer protection right authorities.

Never received order. Company Ignored emails and WhatsApp messages. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered some ‘The Ordinary’ products. Immediately I received them I doubted their authenticity as I had bought the same products in the UK only days before. The packaging was decent but not quite the same. The bottle was slightly different, but it was the ml in the bottle that caused the most concern and the chemical itself has a very cloudy appearance whilst the one bought in ‘Boots’ the chemist in the UK was clear. The level of chemical in the bottle was considerably less than the UK bought product. And was around 5ml lower down the neck of the bottle, so it was very clear to see that there was significantly less product in the bottle than the UK sourced product, yet they are both showing as 30ml. I immediately emailed Modarak and sent them images of the bottles next to the UK purchased products. They said they would come back with an explanation from the manufacturer within 24 hours. That was two weeks ago and now they are not replying to emails or WhatsApp messages. The excuse they gave initially was that the Uk products I had bought were made in Europe while theirs were Canadian. Turns out that the UK products were made in Canada, whilst the Modarak products had no ‘made in …. ‘ label on the bottle. As soon as I challenged this information as being inaccurate, they have not responded again - I have had complete silence. These are acid based skin products and there is no way I would risk using them on my face. The WhatsApp messages to Modarak are all read but completely ignored. They are so rude. I have asked them for a refund and to collect their products, but they have not replied to 20 messages over a 2 week period

I bought a CeraVe product from this shop, but when I opened it, it didn’t seem original because the cream had a strong scent. I contacted them to return it, and they replied on the first day, but after that, they stopped responding. Don’t be fooled by this shop—their products are not original!!!!

I saw their advertisement on instragram and noticed a 50% off on skinceuticals products. I proceeded to purchase 3 Vitamin C E Ferulic Acid serums for a total of QAR 1400. Upon receiving the items, I noticed that the container lacked the batch number normally etched at the bottom of the glass container. The texture, smell and color of the product was off. I emailed their support and they never responded. Avoid this company at all costs. If the offers are too good to be true, they probably are. If instagram offered ad free subscriptions and I subscribed, I could've had a 3 year subscription with the money I wasted on products of fradulent advertisers on insta.

They never sent an order confirmation, never delivered my products, never provided a refund and ignored countless emails and WhatsApp messages over the past weeks and months
