Modarak (Best Price - Better Care) Arvostelua 93

I received products that are outdated. I contacted Modarak by email to explain the issue, but instead of resolving it, they sent me additional outdated products. I have since requested a refund, however after multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response. I would appreciate this matter being addressed as soon as possible.

I ordered thursday february 18 products for 700 AED. I sent the saturday an email + whatsapp regarding the delivery. They blocked me on whatsapp it's mean that there are scammers from Qatar . Never order from them this company is a scam

If there were negative stars I’d give them that.
I ordered over $800 USD worth of SkinCeuticals products. Not only was there a massive delay in sending the package but I had also asked for the purchase to be cancelled. Both their phone numbers are disconnected, they don’t respond to Facebook or Instagram messages and I’ve emailed them every day with no response. I want to return their products asap but no one is getting back to me.

Terrible customer service. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Do not order from their website!

Its been month and a half and havent received anything. I also asked for a the refund and havent answered. All costumers affected should do something and report.

Ho ordinato un prodotto il 12 febbraio 2025.
In interminabili scambi di e mail mi rassicuravano per la consegna.
Ad oggi il prodotto non mi è arrivato.

Estafadores. Compré por 100 euros un producto de Skin Ceuticals (que no sé ni si realmente sería verdadero) que nunca me entregaron y ni reembolsaron el dinero a pesar de múltiples emails sin respuesta en los que solicitaba la devolución. Un mes después recibí un burofax según el que aparentemente el producto estaba retenido en aduanas. En fin un fraude, habría que demandarlos.

Son unos estafadores. Hice una compra de 240€ de Skin Ceutical que nunca me llegó, ni me abonaron el dinero.
Venden productos cosméticos, que no pueden vender a España y se los retinen en aduanas. Te dicen que te lo abonan, pero no lo hacen.
Es una vergüenza como roban a la gente.

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it and was told it would be no problem and that the charges to my credit card will be reversed. That was 7 weeks ago. I communicated via email and WhatsApp and was told several times that the charge will be reimbursed. Nothing has happened and I do no receive any answers anymore.

It took them a month to send my order and I had to pay 30 euros for the custome clerance. They said to me that the would take care of that until the very end, when I said them that I was going to pay they said to me that they would refund me, obviously it never happened. Also the products don't seem real, I've already used some products from Skinceuticals and the one they sent me had different smell and consistence. Worst experience ever.

Fake skinscuials. Do not use this company. Complete scam. Very costly mistake.

SCAM!! I bought C E Ferulic from SkinCeuticals and received a fake product. This website is a scam. The packaging looks almost authentic, but the color and texture of the product are completely different from the original.

Good selection and I like the loyalty points. Box had a slight dent but items inside were perfect. I appreciate the expiry dates listed on the site.

Do not order from this company. I never received my order, and when I asked for a refund, they completely stopped responding to my messages. Seems like many people had the same experience and never got their orders. Its a spam

Avoid at all costs. They charge you for goods and refuse to deliver. Then hold on to your money with fake promises of refunding you but they will not. If I could give no stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I shouldnt give any star for this company- they are fake and just taking money, i ordered since august but until now didnt receive the item and they said it was sent but nothing. Asking a refund but now they just cancelling my call not even replying to my messages which is I am trying my patience that hoping to get a refund at least. I wanted to add the screenshot convo but no option so I am telling the truth. someone can raise a complain to Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism Consumer Rights.. and share all the convertaion they need to stop taking money from US. #stopscammers
