I ordered a smart ring and although I have a tracking number the item hasn’t been passed to Royal Mail and still no update 3 days later (meant to be Royal Mail 24).
I wouldn’t usually leave reviews but the communication has been none existent. I have emailed and also instant messaged multiple times to request them to look into the delivery problem and no response. I have also phoned multiple times and it just rings out and goes to giffgaff voicemail.
I will now have to go through the hassle of making a chargeback through my card to get this resolved.
Very disappointed in this.

The order was meant to be a next day delivery…7 days later and still no sign. When I contacted their number it went to voicemail every time and their chat was just answered by a bot. Total scam company. Don’t buy from them. Luckily I brought through a third party finance so was able to block the rest of the payments.

From the beginning I was given all the help to make a good decision. The level of respect and patience as I am disabled with parkinsons advanced my voice is interesting the delivery kept me informed i have warranty and confident that this company will be able to help me with any problems thank you mobilityX

I've never received such fantastic service from a company. I attempted to buy a mobility scooter off this company week or so ago but I pulled out at the last minute.
Today I was able to finally buy one from them and I received 5* treatment. They kindly accepted my offer, offered to make a small mechanical adjustment for me, and we're just so helpful. I'm an elderly man (75) and they've gone above and beyond. I wish more companies were as helpful.

I've just bought a used power chair from MobilityX for my elderly and infirm mother. A new model would have cost at least £5k, and this refurbished model was just under £2k, and in really good condition. The advice and service that we received from Robson - the owner - was excellent. He knows his stuff and is very polite and helpful. We visited his warehouse, just outside Leicester, and tested a number of chairs one day, decided on our preferred model and he delivered it the next. He's also able to make any minor alterations or adjustments that may be required. Although the warehouse looks a bit basic from the outside, I can't fault the service or the value and would highly recommend. Thank you Robson!

Do not deal with this company 😐. Very poor service. Next day service is not factual. 7 days later after cancelling it arrived. I refused delivery. Absolutely disgusting service. I have informed my bank to get a refund. As I have no trust with them.

Ease of purchase, quick delivery, well packaged. Instructions with hearing aids easy to understand, have been using them for a few days now my right ear was down to half of hearing, using these aids I now have
full sound and the ability to raise or lower the sound at a
touch is great. I'm very happy with the product also the

I originally purchased a smart watch for my mother, to check her diabetes and other medications.

We received the smart watch fairly quick, once received we tried numerous times to sync the smart watch, firstly onto my mum's phone, then my sister's phone and finally my phone.

Dispite numerous attempts, the smart watch wouldn't connect to any phone.
So I contacted MobilityX to return the smart watch for a full refund.

MobilityX were very helpful and allowed me to return the smart watch. Not only did MobilityX refund me the full amount, they also refunded the postage fee very quick. There are not many companies that would refund the consumers postage fee so quick.

For me personally, I feel MobilityX went above and beyond to refund the smart watch plus postage fees.

The staff were really helpful on the telephone and via email.

Once again, thank you MobilityX for all your help and quick response.

Bought a mobility scooter for my grandad from MobilityX and honestly the whole experience was brilliant. The price was fair, the communication was great, and my grandad absolutely loves his new scooter. Really happy with the service and would 100% recommend MobilityX to anyone

The MD sent pictures of a used Beamer Tramper mobility scooter which he said he had in stock. My dad paid for a service and delivery. Then the MD claimed it had a gearbox problem and he couldn’t supply it - but these scooters don’t have a gearbox. Beamer Tramper confirmed they have seen several recent scam sales of their scooters online. We found the exact same pictures of the scooter on an online marketplace. The owner said she still had it and it hadn’t been sold to mobilityx. The MD tried to get dad to take an alternative scooter and sent pictures. But again we found the exact same pictures on another online marketplace from over 6 months ago. MD was unable to provide evidence he had either scooter in stock. I raised the issue with citizens advice and trading standards and the bank. Fortunately we managed to get a refund on the last possible date before starting the process of a chargeback. The situation caused a lot of anxiety.

Brilliant, professional, friendly service. Robson was incredibly knowledgeable and supported my mum in choosing the most suitable product. I have already recommended to other family members.

Due to requiring an electric scooter I researched several company’s and came across mobilityX. I spoke to a lovely man called Robson whom provided advice and guidance ensuring I purchased the right scooter. Overall excellent service, delivered on time, excellent condition, highly recommended.

I have been after a mobility scooter for a few months now but did not feel confident enough to buy off the web as unsure of what I really needed.. my daughter messaged mobility x and I then received a call from the MD himself and we had a long discussion about which scooter would suit my needs best.
After a video call and rob showing me a few that would suit me I decided on a pride ranger and I’m very happy with the choice.
Rob dealt with my purchase and delivery himself and the scooter arrived looking superb and well packaged on a pallet.
I was able to videocall rob and he talked me through all the controls and how to use the charger as required, he was exceptionally helpful and despite being very busy was not troubled to help all he could.

After speaking to a lovely man named Rob this morning he understood my situation. He has given me a full refund and he is resending me a pair of Bluetooth Hearing Aids that I first ordered and paid for. I really can’t thank Rob enough for going out of his way to helping and understanding my situation. I would buy from this company again. If any problems I will email Rob again. Mobility X comes Highly Recommended.
