Phoned up for a boiler service and was squeezed in at late notice which was great.

I was heavily pregnant in the middle of December when our boiler stopped working. Daniel was incredibly helpful and came out to look the very next morning. He gave us a few options but we agreed a new boiler would be the best decision for us moving forward. It was installed within the next day and he even came back a few days later to double check everything was as it should be while taking his time to demonstrate the hive system. I had an issue with my boiler in the Summer and Daniel , the engineer , identified and sorted the problem after an exhaustive inspection .
This week I had my annual service and had no hesitation in calling SwitchHeat to do the work .
