LESS THAN ONE STAR! Awful product quality, the tyre they fitted has come apart exposing the cords after a few weeks of driving. Lucky it didn't blow on me or cause a serious accident. Untrustworthy and terrible support. All I got was "sorry" and "let me speak to manager", doubt I will be getting any money back from these scammers!!

If I could give less than one star it still would not be low enough. Avoid this company at all cost. Appointment booked no show. Turned up 4 hours late after many many messages to which only a couple were answered. Worst customer service ever.

They are scammers. Let me tell you my experience and my research on them. They have couple of vans and they seem to cover whole UK area, magical right? They taken my job charged me £400 and see who came to change my tire? a random local fitter with a completely different branding...this made me uncomfortable..so upon investigating him...He spilled the truth as these MOBILE TYRE SURGEONS "outsource their jobs to local fitters for a fraction of what they chatge the customer under their name and earn "commission". Even within London they cover only certain area and outsource...same goes for other areas all over England mainly...and there is an established market and whatsapp groups where they find cheapest fitters for job. This is leading to high prices for general public...a tire service of £120 costs us £200 beacuse of these scammers who take advantage of google ads to claim a service they don't actually offer.... my out take...never click on these branded pages...find a local fitrer under google business page....or report them to your local providers because this is a financial crime. Stay safe

Got stuck near Rothwell. Got told some one would be with me in 20/30 mins so I cancelled my AA and waited. After 30 mins of waiting, I tried calling. I was hung up on multiple times. Told that a driver would be with me in 5 mins. After roughly 2 hours of waiting and being hung up on 4 times “due to bad signal, but my signal was fine”. Finally an engineer arrived. I understand that these things take time. However if I was told the honest truth I would have made a different decision. The price of replacing one tire. Was the same as replacing all 4 at my local garage. For that price I expect decent or at least courteous service. All they are interested in is winning the business. Not a good experience and will not be paying a premium again to be lied to. Just to add, I’m not the type of person to write a bad review about anyone’s business. But I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this type of service. MOBILE TYRE SURGEONS - Do Better!

Broke down during rush hour on the m25 with the kids in the back, mobile tyre surgeon saved the day! Ahmad arrived as fast as he could with all the traffic and was so helpful and caring, best roadside assistance ever had and will definately be using again! Thank you 🙏🏼 5 star service!!!

Usaman good service

Usman came out quite late within half an hour and changed my tyre really quickly so i could get to work as usual the next morning, great service thank you!

Usman was fantastic, and came within 50 mins to replace my tyre on the side of the road.
AA couldn’t get to me for 3 hours and was charging double so very grateful for the quick service from Usman.

Panic booked these as I got a screw in my tyre over the weekend and needed to get to an event.

Absolutely dreadful service. I only needed a simple tyre repair, but he repeatedly tried to upsell me a new tyre. The screw was small and clearly in a repairable area, yet he insisted it wasn’t - despite him even showing a diagram that proved my point. He eventually repaired it, but then implied it might not be reliable and pushed again for a replacement. Unnecessary pressure, poor advice and extortionate.

Update: Took to my usual mechanic today and they confirmed that it did only need a repair. They've re-sealed it all for me to make sure it lasts. They said these kinds of businesses are not policed properly so you don't know what qualifications/experience the person has that's fixing your tyre.

Quoted 1–2 hours, ended up waiting nearly 3.5 hours by the roadside. Every time I called, the ETA kept increasing.

When they finally arrived, the fitter took almost an hour due to difficulties fitting the tyre.

Poor communication and unreliable service. Would not use again.

I sent a WhatsApp message for a quotation.
Someone phoned back quoting £399 for fitting one specified tyre.
Same tyre available elsewhere for just over half that price.
Settled on a different company, same tyre, fully fitted at my home, total cost under £210.
CAVEAT EMPTOR !

Usman was a a fantastic employee of mobile tire surgeons. I would highly recommend in the future.

When they came out to tyre was repairable, they didnt want to repair and wanted to change as he brought a new tyre with him, then when the man on phone agreed to repair he done temporary repair when i was told he would fully repair the tyre. I asked for a receipt he asked me why i wanted one i told him i want to complain he then told me he wont give me one and threatened to come to my house if i have a problem. Very aggresive would definetly avoid.
