It's been 2 months and I haven't received my product which I ordered. They initially responded to my emails when trying to follow-up where the order was. They now haven't responded for 1 month. Do not buy from this site.
Have reached out three times asking for help to complete down load of my purchase. Have yet to have ANY response.

The paid-for product is pretty good and as far as overall quality of images is concerned, even the free offerings are well done. All files are made available in numerous formats including dxf, ai, cdr, dwg, eps, svg, and (c)nc, etc. The freebies are not anything I would likely use - they are often busy and comic-like, but for the money, of course they are worth it.
Software didn't work and I wasn't given a refund
I do love the product but find opening it a bit difficult when I first got it. I did get an email saying that there was help available but got no reply to my email, I have worked it out now and am looking forward to finding the time to use them

The designs are very cool. So far after unzipping them, I have been unable to import any individual designs from the package to be able to use them with my laser engraver. That is why I gave you only three stars.
