Awesome Service
Great prices and delivery is always within a couple of days of purchase. Have used the company many times and would definitely recommend. My last order was wrong, I was sent the incorrect sleepers, I sent one email and they sent a driver out same day to pick up and deliver the correct order. Will definitely use this company again.

Be Very Wary of Delivery Schedule
I ordered turf and top soil, with delivery agreed (after phone discussion) for Friday 26th June. On Wednesday 24th, I got an email saying my order was ready for dispatch. By noon on 26th, site preparation was complete, but I had not received any further communications about delivery. I phoned Mitchell at 12.30 and was told they were unable to deliver that day! I was told delivery would happen on Sunday 28th, but no further details were forthcoming.
Got an email on Saturday 27th saying turf would be delivered “early on Sunday morning”. No definition of what early meant.
Turf was finally delivered at 10.40 on Sunday 28th, two days late.
It was decent turf, at a very good price, but the whole delivery process was a shambles.

Had some turf delivered in January and laid on the same day. There were clearly 2 different qualities - one was ok and one has struggled. The grass is coarse and full of long stems. Would not use again.

Collection of 8 turfs in Dunbar
I ordered 8 turf for collection in Dunbar. The collection point had no signage even on site. The turfs were yellow and dry, they must have been cut over a week before. No one on site to question the quality of the turf. To add to my disappointment my car tyre was punctured by a 4 inch nail picked up at the collection point. In total £63.50 for 8 dryed up turfs. No customer service either. Do not use them.
