Mistertango Arvostelua 

When opening an account on Mistertango, their mobile application has repeatedly failed. I just gave up hope, then I got an e-mail that my account was opened. Before they started using the account, they made a monthly service bill. When I want to close the account, they want me to pay the bills first.

I understand the charge for the service, but I don't understand which service is charged monthly from an account that has never been used.

Also, I don't understand why my right to close the account was taken away. There is a hidden reason in this business. I call out to the authorities from here, please close my account at no charge, this is my legal right.

Never forget that all the contracts you have prepared are one-sided, as long as you see your customers as sheep to be plucked, your customers will label you as fraudulent. If you really want to make money, you can start by not losing your customers this way.

I IMMEDIATELY REQUEST MY ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED UNCLAIMED AND WITHOUT REQUESTING ANY FEE.

I created a business account a year while. Then they blocked withdrawals as they had their own regulatory issues, of course still kept on charging outrageous fees for nothing.
Now they threatened me with legal proceedings for debt to be collected from me while I was never able to withdraw the funds originally committed to account.
It’s a real pain and at best a joke

Incredibly poor, my funds were locked up several months whilst this bank was investigated and fined €245k for not complying with money laundering regulations (search for mistertango money laundering to find reports about this)

Eventually I managed to remove my funds now they are chasing for monthly account fees that were only put in place after removed my funds and account is dorment (also still not stated on website)

Customer service is non-existant/insulting, please do yourself a favor and AVOID MISTERTANGO!

High monthly fees (15 Eur) are requested. There are no such charges in alternatives.

The worst "bank" on heart.
I had my business account closed overnight without any explanation. I had few money on that account and I don't know where they have gone...
Now they want some money from my Personal account maintenance, which I NEVER USED. they are fuck1ng ridiculous, scam, STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them.

Great service for our personal and business accounts. I have not any complaints, always get and able to send money. Of course they asking about your activity - but I think if you are working legal it's not problem to answer to their questions. I read comments before - I think mostly were closed accounts and I think due to reason of their illegal activity.

Mostly I like that they are linked with crypto exchanges. Use several of them. Instant money transfer to exchanges is the best what they have.

This is definitely the worst banking experience ever.
In short, Mistertango is a liar and a thief :
1/ before opening a business account for my new estonian company, I asked specifically if they were able to issue the official certificate requested for registering the share capital contribution. They said "yes of course, we have many estonian client".
But in fact they can't. They provided me with a simple bank statement that was refused by the estonian registrar.
2/ during KYC process, they asked me to pay 400€ for setup fee from my personal account. I said that I would pay with my business account when it's opened but they refused. So I paid.
But then, when the business bank account was opened, they took immediatly 400€ more from the account without my consent.
3/ And just a few days after the account opening, I received an email saying that from now on they would charge a monthly fee of 100€ !!!

I just requested immediate refund and closing of the account.
I'll let you know...

I will rate them 2 for now because when i try to transfer funds out of my account it does not work. Their customer service does not respond. I need some help

Ceci est la plus grosse arnaque que je n'ai jamais vue, il vous demande de payer une avance en se protègent avec les mots magiques "cette avance ne sera pas remboursée" et 1 semaine après avoir envoyé l'argent il vous réponde même pas par un avis positif ou négatif. vous le découvrez vous-même avec une page bloquée et après les avoirs contactés il vous répond "je connais pas la raison" Honteux et encore Honteux j'ai perdu 300€ alors que j'avais fourni tous les document nécessaire certifié par un notaire que j'ai payé 12€ par document

Not open account here if you is a crypto Company baceuse you waste time... they say eare crypto friendly but lied... After entire and accurate kyc they not accept crypto friendly Company. This is a scam Company... avoid him ...be careful.

Società scandalosa che non vuole rimuovere il mio indirizzo e-mail dai loro archivi nonostante il fatto che cosi facendo loro violano la privacy 2016/679 con la scusante che loro hanno il diritto di conservarli ai fini fiscali per 10 anni. Precisiamo che un conto sono iban e dati ma non l'indirizzo email e poi questa banca dalla dubbia trasparenza non raccoglieva nemmeno i documenti di chi apriva il conto fino a qualche tempo fa.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to this time.

This has to be the worst support (and service) I've seen in my life (and use a lot).
Their KYC process is absolutely ridiculous. They'll ask you for bunch of documents that are not even relevant to confirming your identity and income, while barely provide any explanation for it. One example is "ALL incoming and outgoing transaction at your current bank" (not just payslips, but ALL). I'm not even sure if it's legal requesting this kind of sensitive data. Even if you provide proof of income they'll still not be happy apparently and will reject your registration without even an explanation or reason. The support communication is even worse, you'll be lucky to get a reply to your e-mail in 2 days (note that they require to finish the absurd KYC in 5 days). No chat support available but only useless bot that's not good for anything. Do not buy any of their pathetic explanations that all of those documents are legally required by bank institution. I have multiple registrations at other similar services which was never the case. Also, people do not even provide this data to their local banks when opening accounts, this is no different.
I invoked my GDPR "right to be forgotten" and never looked back.
I'll advise you to think twice before even considering using this ridiculous service. (All those 1* reviews are there for reason for sure).

Since September of last year, i.e. 2019, my bank has contacted you and to date you still do not give a logical answer to the request for... at least... give me back 3000€ for a transfer ordered to you by Mistertango UAB to collect a gain made on Herdos LTD that never went well. Always an excuse and always a different... Forget the gain ... now ... it's almost a year ... but the return of €3000 I do not give up ... you have no right to retain the amount mentioned ...! It 's a practice respected by all ... The transfer is an advance payment for a service ... if this does not happen ... the money is sent back to sender ...:!

I'm answering to make it clear that...
I know that you are not a trading platform ... but if I turn to this bank is because I gave you a transfer of 3000 € to get a gain made with the platform Herdos ltd (scammers finally banned from the Italian territory) It was you who had to pay me the amount earned .... something that you have never done always looking for excuses not to make the deposit .... until today after 8 months although I asked ONLY the return transfer ..... do as those who have no ears to listen This is how much .... Bank mistertango UAB nothing more 'I want back the 3000€ in advance to have a "service" ever provided by you .... I must remind you that if after payment by bank transfer you do not receive what you paid the amount must be returned to the sender ....

Awful. just stolen our money. no response on email- several weeks requesting different documents- when sent everything- just stopped answering.

I received an email from them telling me they'll be closing my account, no reason was given and was told to withdraw my funds before the account closed.

Found out I wasn't able to withdraw the funds out as I needed to submit a statement of the account I wanted the funds sent to even though it was in my name.

Submitted a photo of my postal paper bank statement. Not good enough, MisterTango wanted a PDF version of the statement! I asked my bank for a PDF statement and they told me they did not provide PDF bank statements (this is a major Irish bank).

My account is now closed, MisterTango stole my money. 1) Why do I need to submit proof if I am withdrawing to an account in my own name? 2) They are the only company I know that do not accept postal paper bank statement photos!

All you guys do is give the same answers over and over. I tried to upload funds into my account via Bitcoin without knowing of the restrictions. The funds were deducted from my bitcoin wallet but never deposited into my account. Contacted their support service and all they said was that i should contact BTC-Exchange of which i did but did not receive a reply from them. I contacted Mistertango again and all they said was that transfers are unavailable. So what happens to my money? If you guys don't accept anyone to upload funds why not disable all payment options?
This is so unprofessional. I wasnt to know where my money is, at least it should be refunded to me.

Après avoir ouvert un compte chez eux tous était bien , ensuite ça devient du n’importe quoi 😑 , argent bloqué, questionnaire, compte limité... donc vaudrait mieux les éviter.
