Great fit, great look!

I received an ad for MISSCOSY on Instagram and thought my girlfriend would love one of the sets. We just got it, and she loves it! She looks beautiful in it. The material is so soft and you guessed it, cozy! Her girl friends already want a set too!

No exchanges

They don’t do exchanges if purchased multiple pieces as a bundle. What if one of the pieces doesn’t fit quite well? Terrible business practice.

Great Customer Service

The product was great, my gf loved it, and the customer service (I had to make an exchange because I made a mistake on the size) was smooth and easy!

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service when I had an issue with one of the garments. I think the products are slightly overpriced but that saying I love them!! I would recommend!

Quality Product

Amazing quality product, my wife loves them! Had a small issue with my order but the team at Misscosy were really helpful, friendly and very quick to assist me.

Customer service

Every kept talking about this so I got one for my wife. It took over 2 months as the product was stuck overseas. Customer service here is super helpful! They were able to reorder and 2 day ship it. Wife loves the products, and the service is excellent if you have troubles.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service! Prompt, helpful, and speedy. I had a great experience and we received amazing products! It is now my wife's favorite outfit!

Order lost in transit and replaced

I ordered my items back in December. They were stuck in shipping somewhere for two months. I emailed the misscosy and they sent me new items immediately. My wife loves the clothing and enjoys wearing them. Because they quickly replaced my order and my wife likes them, that is why I’m giving a 5 star they did not blow me off and let me lose out on my money.
