Love the bars but it took so long to receive

Great product. Delivered quickly and for a good price.

I absolutely love OG misfits, the flavours are amazing and the macros are 🤩🤩🤩🙌🙌🙌 although tbh I'm not a fan of the new chewy flavours. They are all a bit samey and the texture is weird and gets stuck in your teeth after...you will need to brush your teeth after... I'm also sad the carb count is higher in them, so really hope they keep OG as will have to hunt for an alternative otherwise.

Originally ordered two flavors because that is what misfits asked you to do. I ordered cookie butter ( because I knew i liked it due to a promo through hello fresh) and the new chocolate chip cookie dough as I read reviews of people raving about it's great new taste!! So trusting the reviews I go for it. Although I only really wanted the cookie butter because I knew I really liked it!!! Only to be notified at the very end of the check out that " Ooh Noo you Can't have the cookie butterr!!!" As we can't deliver that flavor to your area!!! Um like WTF!!! So stupid me says ok I'm under weight fresh out of surgery, I'm malnourished and I really need a solution- I'm looking for a great ( good tasting low cal plant based protein bars I can trust) already know cookie butter tastes great so I'll give it a shot!! BIG MISTAKE!!! Cookie dough arrives and I'm excited to try it! It's dry and has a chalky after taste... just not good- now I have an entire box left to try and choke down- not good, just not good at all... I really regret buying these bars... especially when the cookie butter bars were so good and you guys wouldn't let me buy them!! So close yet so far. Damn guys!! Now I'm stuck with crap I don't want and you wouldn't just let me get the ones I wanted...

Very tasty bars - Caramel and Speculoos are favourite

I have never experienced such appalling customer service from a company. Customer service is what distinguishes great companies from merely good ones—and exposes those that fail to meet even the most basic standards. Unfortunately, Misfits falls firmly into the latter category, failing spectacularly. After seeing multiple reviews criticising Ella’s customer service, I feel compelled to share my own experience.

I was searching for good vegan protein bars and decided to try Misfits. Some people preferred the old recipe, so I decided to try these first. I personally found the old bars overly chalky and the flavours unbearable. The new bars are much better in my opinion —softer, less chalky, and a more enjoyable texture to eat. However, the flavours still leave much to be desired. I initially tried the caramel fudge flavour from Tesco and found it acceptable, so during their Black Friday sale, I purchased five boxes—four caramel fudge and one variety box to sample other flavours.

According to their website, unopened boxes could be exchanged for other flavours within 14 days of delivery, which I thought was fair. Unfortunately, my experience quickly soured. First, they failed to send the variety box with my order, so I had to contact them to have it shipped separately. By the time I received it, I was contacting customer service on the 14th day. Despite this, Ella’s slow and inconsistent responses dragged the issue past the return period. Although she acknowledged the delay caused by their mistake, her communication remained unclear.

From the variety box, I discovered that peanut butter fudge was the flavour I preferred, so I requested to exchange three unopened caramel fudge boxes. This began a long, frustrating process. Initially, Ella directed me to return the bars to the US, which made no sense given that they’d been shipped from the UK. After I queried this, she provided a UK return link but still failed to clarify the exchange process. I queried that the link specified it was for returns for refund, not exchanges. Following her advice, I paid for a return label through Evri (with Ella promising to exchange the boxes as soon as they arrived in the warehouse) but never received the returns label.

When I contacted her, Ella insisted I deal with Evri directly. However, Evri confirmed it was the company’s issue, as they should have provided the label. After weeks of back-and-forth, Ella asking me to hold fire whilst she waited for the warehouse to come back to her regarding the label issue, I eventually asked her to provide a different solution as this was taking far too long. She told me to buy a second label and promised to refund the first. I contacted her after buying my second label to request the refund for the first, and I received a response that she was still waiting on the warehouse to respond. I reminded her that she had promised to refund my first label now that I had purchased and paid for a second label, which she eventually did. I returned the boxes with the new label, trusting that replacements would be sent promptly.

Predictably, nothing happened. Despite proof that the returned boxes had arrived at their warehouse within a week, I heard nothing for over a month. I sent multiple follow-up emails, including one threatening to escalate the matter to my credit card provider. Even then, there was no response. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company, which is still ongoing. To date, I have not received a single update or resolution from Misfits.

The customer service has been nothing short of disgraceful. If you encounter any issues, you’ll likely face delays, unhelpful responses, and the risk of losing your money altogether. Misfits has completely failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer care. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere—it’s simply not worth the hassle.

Love them, great taste, low sugar protein bars, as a vegan and had bariatric surgery, these are my saviours.

Bars are great and love that they’re vegan. What is infuriating is that if an item in your subscription you are not told km advance or given the option to swap it out for an item that is in stock. We’ve had a subscription in place for a year now and pretty much every order has been missing a box due to one of the items being out of stock. Not exactly a great subscription service if items are consistently out of stock and customers aren’t notified in advance

Tasty bars, quick and efficient delivery. Will be ordering again.

Bar was dry and I tried to return but ignored by customer service

I understand it may not be you’re fault…
But I have still not received my order 2 weeks after Evri said it was going to be delivered!!!
I’m really not happy as I’ve ran out and I usually LOCE misfits and they always arrive just on time as I have the subscription, but please help with where my order is!!

I've been a misfits consumer for a while. Love the product

I really love the misfit products however the new soft bars are tasteless and just not very nice - they have this weird chewing gum like texture! I now have a variety box of bars that none my family like - including me!

Way too much sugar alcohols. Causes gastric distress.

I have been ordering from misfits for a couple of years and loved the original recipe. Always check nutrition info before ordering as the new recipe was in process of rollout everywhere but luckily website still showed original recipe so I placed an order. Two boxes arrived with new recipe, so not as advertised. Contacted to see how I go about returning without charge/getting refund as they sent something other than advertised. Website info was amended a few days later and then I got a reply. They offered to replace the boxes with something else so I took up the offer as it was easier than sending wrong ones back so I thought. Only to receive an email with my initial order details. Chased it up in the new year to ask for how to return/get refund again. No reply to my email this time but today one box turned up, to replace the two incorrect ones I guess. Not much point contacting again as it’s been too much of a hassle already.

Easy to order. Fast shipping. Excellent product!

The bars and subscription service are great, but I question the quality control when an order gets shipped. The most recent shipment came with a half-inch thick stack of flyers with a QR code for a review. I'm not exaggerating, if I could attach a picture I would. This is so wasteful for a company that makes vegan products!

I was so excited that I was able to get the original recipe. We are very disappointed in the new formula and were very sad that the original formula was just completely replaced.
