Do not buy anything from this company. Way to many problems with products and payments. Stay away from these people. It appears that they're communist from China. Zerooooooo Business!!!

BE VERY CAREFUL when signing up for this service. In order to see get into the site I had to add my credit card information. Stupidly, I did, and before I had completed signing up I was alerted a shipment was on it's way. Four days later received a second with the same produce in the box. NOT A FAN!!!!!

I have reached out to misfit several times to cancel my membership and am getting nowhere. When I go through the website to see how to cancel there is no place that clearly states how to cancel membership just how to skip an order. I’m beginning to feel their business practices are not legit.

I have ordered, and subsequently cancelled, services from this company twice over 2021-2022.

I really like the idea of food delivery using items that would otherwise go to waste. In execution, though, this company fails to meet even minimal expectations for service.

I will give a sampling of two of eight issues that occurred with with just my last 2 orders. For example, I ordered 2 pkgs (8 oz) Organic Valley Cheddar Cheese for over $10 and 2 pkgs (6 oz) Roth Cheddar Cheese for about $8. What I received was 4 pkgs of Roth Cheddar cheese, with no indication on my account that a substitute had been given, and no refund of the difference. Another example is my order of chicken broth - didn't receive, didn't get a refund, and there was no "substitution" of anything comparable.

I wish I had checked with the BBB reviews before giving this company my money, as it has a horrible overall rating and the examples given above pale in comparison to some that were indicated on the BBB review site.

This is a scam!!! I ordered in 2020 in May I believe. I forgot about it and I’m so glad I screen shot every order that I make and it happened to pop up in my google photos. We are now in the middle of September 2021 and I have nothing! No website, no customer service number and this sorry ass FB page. They will not respond! I will not give up on getting my money. I will spend money and find the ppl that did this just to make a point. I don’t like this at all!!!!

If I could put negative stars I would. Ordered waist trainer in March of 2020 still yet to receive anything. Have emailed about a refund and no reply.

I ordered a waist train in May of 2020!!! I have not received what I ordered and it it May of 2021. Like so many sent emails and received a response due to COVID-19 shipping delayed. That's understandable but delayed a year no ma'am Pam!!! My last email was not responded to. This company is unprofessional and scam artist. I got got but God doesn't like ugly!!!

I ordered my product in March 2020 and it is now April 2021 and still nothing. I contacted the seller for a refund and they stated it was pass the deadline May 2020 and to give it a few more weeks because of the pandemic there has been delays in shipping. Well it’s been a year I don’t think there is that much delay in the world. DON’T ORDER FRAUDS they are taking the money and not shipping the product

I don't usually write bad reviews on companies, but I couldn't let this opportunity pass. First I placed my order for multiple waist trainers back on May 15,2020. I still have not received anything except the proof of purchase and an invalid shipping number. It really pisses me off that this company was able to profit off so many women and never sent anything to them. Yes, I got Got and will chalk it up to the game. What really really makes it worse is there's no working website or IG account to complain at. I'm sure they have changed their name and are still scamming people. I will no longer place an order through shopify or any other site that I can not prove is a legitimate company!!! Oh yeah I'm writing this in March 2021 after sending my 10th email to this company!!!!!!

I ordered mine in March and still have not gotten . scam ....swear its messed up they keep saying its warehouse is not updated yet??? Wth

Ordered back in March 2020, received an email around September... saying to wait because of COVID-19. We’re now in Feb and there’s no website. What a waste of money.

I wrote them, but they never wrote me back. I got generic forward message that asked if their service was good or bad, I gave them a bad rating.

This company is such a fraud I order my item back in May and i have not received anything it is not 2021 had a tracking number an every thing was emailing the company and they were replying back up until december and now they dont even have a website very not trust worthy

Look at me...leaving the SAME review as everyone else!! Absolute trash! This whole thing is a scam! Purchased items in MAY 2020 and NEVER received them (of course "due to covid"), emailed several times and just got fluff responses. Had no issue taking my money but couldn't manage to give me the items I bought! Dont expect a refund because remember how they had the items on sale and you only paying taxes/shipping but never got the stuff and you ask for your money back...yeah they won't refund taxes or shipping costs cuz its their "policy"...weird huh...Website no longer works either...Im out my money...dont waste yours!!

I ordered last year never received the item I ordered kept being told due to covid order would take longer mind you they kept my money and I never received my order

I ordered my 1st waist trainer ever on may 26th 2020. I am still waiting for it :( This is the reason why I never lose weight. It’s ALWAYS A WAIST OF MONEY. no matter how hard I try how much I spend . I wanted this so bad. What scumbags

this is a SCAM! i ordered something in november and i am yet to receive it. i didnt get any update on my product, no shipping information and i cannot find their page and they dont reply to emails. the only thing i got was a confirmation email and that was it. I AM UPSET!

They are completely unprofessional. I ordered a waist trainer in mid-May, around the 21st. There was no contact with them, no shipping updates, nothing. About 3 months later I emailed them about my package, wondering where it could be. It is now December and I still have yet to receive a package and now they are refusing to issue a refund. They are a scam. They shut their website down, and they seriously need to close their business. Almost 7 months I’ve gone without a package and they are telling me they can’t send me my money back? Don’t waste your money!
