The mirror is fantastic. I really like the hanging system, made putting the mirror on the wall very easy. The packaging was really great, protected the mirror really well in transit and looks like they really cared about how it was done.

We needed a large mirror for a bath with an 11 foot ceiling. We had the perfect size made with an awesome frame. It looks stunning! Everyone compliments it. The shipping crate arrived in perfect condition. Everything went smoothly and on time. We couldn’t be more impressed!

The website is easy to use to order mirrors and I ordered several samples to help with the selection- I was ordering several mirrors. 5 of the 6 mirrors arrived and were fine but one was broken in many places. I found the service to return the broken mirror slow to respond initially. Eventually they responded and required many photos to process the replacement- I had sent several already that showed that the packaging was undamaged. The replacement mirror arrived and is perfect. It was packaged much more heavily than the first one and I’m not sure why they didn’t use the heavier packaging to begin with. However- very nice mirrors that look great in the space.

The mirror was packed beautifully. I love the frame! Sometimes seeing things online is not what it looks like in person, but this mirror surpassed our expectations!

Love my new mirror. Also love that I can order the exact size to fit the space and choose the frame I like. I received it nicely packaged as to not break or damage the frame and mirror. The only thing is that I was not offered the option to bevel the mirror. Not sure why. I was able to choose the bevel option on the last two mirrors that I ordered. Although the bevel option did not stop me from ordering and I'm still happy with my choice.

This was the 3rd mirror from here within about a year. Comes well packed so haven’t seen any damage and delivery time is usually on par with other suppliers and vendors. Will use them again.

The product photo did not match what I ordered and frame had small chips in it. The company did not process a return. Quality just not there in this product.

High quality custom mirror arrived well packaged. 6” z cleat hanger without screws and wall anchors was disappointing as I was expecting a z cleat long enough to anchor at least one screw in a stud. Otherwise - extremely happy with purchase. Mirror looks great!

Ordering process was easy. Mirrors were made and delivered super fast (I was really surprised!). Mirrors were extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. My every expectation was met. Would order from MirrorLot again. Only neg - mirrors were left at garage door and delivery person did not even ring the bell to let us know. We discovered them later. In this age of doorway theft, it could have been an issue - but fortunately was not.
