Don't use their mobile service
They send someone out with a range of $185-220. Charge $250 and the keys provide don't have the lock/unlock buttons. I asked about a second key and he couldn't tell me how much just kept saying we will see when we get out there. I wasn't there and my son paid him for the generic key he provided without knowing better. I called customer service and they just said he provided a working key. They wasted more of my time. Call a local locksmith instead ....

Made six (6) keys. 0 keys work. Called customer support for a refund. There are three options for the automated system, none of which work. I was basically just scammed out of $30!

Ordered 4 keys on 10/5 .. said they had to be mailed. It is now 10/21 and nothing has come in the mail. Call center person was useless. Requesting a refund the next time I call.

The machine doesn’t copy car keys even though the website says it does. One part of the website says it does, another part of the website says it doesn’t. I wasted time driving to one of these useless machines to find this out.

My house key is out floating around (with my address! Yes dumb on my part) no tracking and they say we have to wait 2 weeks to reship or refund....no to mention the first person I talked too couldn't even help and had to escalate it ...1st time using this and definitely the last time!!

Paid for four keys; only two were dispensed, of the two dispensed, only one of the two keys dispensed works in the lock!

I went through the same experience of Bait-and-Switch! Started at four bucks and they tried to steal eight from me. I filed for a refund and got nothing.
This at Lowe's in Hopewell, Va. The store can't refund you because they say it's not their machine. Then why is it there?? B.S!

Excellent customer support! Got issue with the a machine in Walmart at Stevenson ranch, CA, called customer support and they fixed it in less than a minute.

bought 6 keys, 16$. 3 of one key were too thick to go into lock. 3 of another key did not have slot on backside of key, would not go in lock. still waiting on refund im sure will never come

I called a local Minute Key phone number and ended up talking with a call center that was not only unable to answer my question about my key issue but rudely avoided the issue about being local.

I selected 2x $4 keys which stated I'd get 1 extra for free. I also signed up for a discount, which the code was emailed to me for 20%.

After entering the promo code and my cash, the kiosk wouldn't allow me to continue at all because it was requiring exact change, but doesn't even have a slot for coins anywhere.

Entering that promo code dropping the total from $8 to $7.20 basically allowed the kiosk to steal my money as there is absolutely no alternative. No coin slot, unable to change payment method to c card or debit.

Ultimately you're stuck with a strong urge to break the kiosk screen as well as no resolution or refund. I had to choose a receipt via email, text or 'no refund'. It's pretty obvious to me that this kisok is intentionally designed to steal money from customers.

I'll be contacting anyone who will listen to file complaints. I entered my phone number as prompted on the kiosk for a reciept, but never received anything. I am beyond livid.

I went to Lowe's to get a key made , when I got home I tried to used it and it doesn't work ,I called them and complained about and I got my money back never again will use this crap

Bought 3 keys and they all came out blank! Straight useless keys and there office isn’t accepting calls! Waist of money.

One star because I made five keys and only one worked! To add insult to injury, called the 1-800 number for a refund, there was a recording because they are not open on Saturday. They suggested I go online and request the refund. Website is broken, doesn't work, Tried to submit request, a fail. I'm done. Never using this again.

Key wouldn’t work and got stuck in my lock. Sent pictures of the key stuck in lock and receipt for new lock I had to buy. Cheap you know whats won’t reimburse me for my lock. Don’t use this awful company and their awful keys!

Minute keys are a joke. Went to Lowes to get a simple mail box key....It says (a Minute key)...Timed it and actually took 4 minutes for the key...Not a big deal until the key doesn't work. Going back to Lowes to talk to the store manager and recommend to get these pieces of junk kiosks out of their stores - they do not work!

My minuet key saga is now at 15 days and counting. On 1/11/24 I used m.k. to make a key for $6. The key got jammed in the dispenser w. other made keys. I was promised a refund and got the debit card on 1/22/24. The debit card will not take the code. No key, no refund, stupid service staff. Went yo a locksmith got 4 keys and 2 lanyards for $10. AND THE KEYS WORK. unlike the useless m.k.

They don’t refund you it’s a lie talked to two morons on the phone claimed I get a refund. One none. Will never use this machine again stay away from minute key. They force you to buy a second key resulting in 3 keys the other one isn’t as free as you think. Scammers.
