I absolutely LOVE my crossover bag. The wine color is GORGEOUS! I was surprised how much I was able to get in it. The phone was a bit tricky but I was able to figure it out that it suited me.

Minooy is the only place to buy a luxury leather bag at a very reasonable price! I just received my 3rd bag from them and love it! This new Nemesis bag is a dream and has an adjustable long strap. I love my last 2 bags but this is the best one yet! All of them have very high quality leather and thoughtful details. You could pay thousands ( and I have in the past) for such top quality bags! I HIGHLY recommend this brand!

I’m definitely a convert to Minooy
I bought the Bali 3 layer crossbody and the crossbody wallet. I have never had a purse I’ve loved more than Minooy. Their bags offer so much organization, everything right where you need it when you need it. I can fit so much in my Bali bag with out stretching or unsightly lumps from outside of the bag. Tip: I organized my bag so that there are things in the corners of the middle section so that it maintains its shape better. The leather is oh so soft and better quality than I’ve seen in luxury brand bags. My purse shopping days are over except for Minooy, I’ll never carry another bag again. Their delivery was much faster than expected-within 10 days. I’m sorry I didn’t learn about them sooner. The sapphire Bali bag with the silver hardware is understated but elegant.

Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. I wanted to return or exchange my bag because I didn’t like the color. My exchange was accepted and I was told the item needs to be returned within one week. It would cost over $50 to guarantee my return would meet that deadline. Ridiculous. However, the bag I ordered is stylish, good quality and very well organized. But I won’t order from them again.

I bought a purse for my mom for $139…
I bought a purse for my mom for $139 which is expensive for what it is and the zipper broke within 10 days. I am trying to exchange it and it takes 2 to 3 days for them to reply by email. They required that I send the product back with photos within five days which I did and now they are saying the only way they can refund my shipping is by PayPal!! lol. I don’t have a PayPal account and they’re asking if a friend of mine does. What kind of company has to use PayPal??

Online ordering process was quick and easy. I received my handbag within a week. Although the handbag I ordered is just a tad bigger than I typically prefer, it is a quality leather handbag with a lot of storage and card slots.

Must be fake reviews on website
My ordering experience was positive, although I just ordered online and the Naya came in a timely manner. Yes it was in a nice box and pouch but that’s where it ends. The bag is not leather. Some people said it smells like leather, my didn’t and it doesn’t feel like leather. I managed the handbag department at a luxury retailer so I know quality leather and this isn’t it. I thought the reviews on the website were a bit over the top and flowery. Now that I have the bag I believe the reviews are fake. Many expressed more praise for the packaging than the product. I would not recommend the product and now on the search for a real leather bag.

Italian pickpocketers foiled
I took this purse with me on our trip to Italy for my daughter’s wedding. After we traveled to Rome and got caught in a pick pocketing mob on the Metro. They surrounded us - crowding and jostling my friend and I. I was able to break away. While they trapped me they were able to unsnap and get it through the hoop but could not open in fully. I am so thankful for the construction of this purse. My friend was not so lucky. You never think it’s gonna happen to you but when it does, they are fast and professional. This purse slowed them down. It’s my go to purse from now on.
