They keep on scamming their custommers

They keep on scamming their custommers. I have tried to get in contact with them for 4 months now with no solution in sight. They keep ignoring EU law and makes up their own rules, even their own website contradicts what they're saying. No help in sight and I am left with a dead product after a few months. WORST company ever

MINISFORUM = ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA !!!

Mi serviva velocemente un PC e, anche se NON convinto, ho acquistato un MINISFORUM. Mi ha dato subito problemi !!! Si bloccava continuamente, lentissimo su internet, perdeva continuamente la connessione e, andando sul sito di facebook, si scaldava fino a spegnersi. PESSIMO ACQUISTO !!!

I dont understand how you can ignore a customer for 10 days. At least get back to me, and give me a nothing answer, that would actually be better than this.

Minisforum EU do not reply after they sold the product.

I recently purchased a product from Minisforum, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The company initially sent me the wrong item. After providing clear images and videos of the incorrect product I received, they acknowledged the mistake.

I requested either a 100-euro refund or a full return of the product. However, since then, I have not received any further response to my emails. It seems that once the sale is completed, Minisforum is not willing to assist with resolving issues.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer support and would not recommend this company to others.

Excellent and responsive customer service / after sales service

Despite reading horrible customer service experiences about the German warehouse from Minisforum, I've experienced a totally different thing, namely excellent customer service / after sales service.

They have been nothing but responsive and solved my problem correctly and issued a refund. I decided to buy another model which has been working fantastic and I'm very happy with this purchase.

The only downside that made me leave a 4 star over a 5 star review is that I had to pay the return shipment costs myself. But to me this was a small inconvenience which has not affected my overall customer service experience.

Produkte machen zuerst hochwertigen Eindruck, allerdings ist der Support unglaublich mies (keine Updates, kein BIOS, Austausch defekter Hardware nach 2 Jahren nicht mehr möglich, unsinnige Transportkosten für Geräte, die wissentlich nicht austauschbar sind...). Wer längerfristig Mini-PCs einsetzen will, sollte sich nach einem anderen Hersteller umsehen (Geekom, HUNSN, ...).Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Mini-PCs zu kaufen.

Issues with warehouse stock: Never order directly, only order from Amazon stock

Unfortunately, the current breakdown of the review points speaks for itself:

I ordered a BD795M Mainboard from
minisforumpc.eu products/minisforum-bd795m.
It preselects the German warehouse, and
in the shopping basket page, there is a link to their shipping policy:

It says that orders are sent within 1-3 days after ordering. I ordered a week ago and the order confirmation said: "We are preparing your order for shipping, and notify you when it has been shipped". One could expect this to be a confirmation that it should be in stock and shipped in 1-3 days as promised.

Nowhere, there is any information that the stock is not actually ready to be shipped, that the item is not acutally in stock in Miniforum's warehouse in Germany.

After 4 days, I asked for a statement when the shipmend will be made and got a response:

Thanks for your email. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We have a new batch of stock that was shipped from Hong Kong to our German warehouse in mid-January, but during this time it has been in a still in transit anomaly and hasn't arrived at our German warehouse in the actual normal time. We have received a reply from the logistics department that the new stock will arrive at our German warehouse in about 10 days. After the equipment arrives at the German warehouse, we will arrange shipment for you and update the tracking number.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

So, in fact, the item not in stock in Germany and is just currently shipped to Europe. I consider that not communicating an out-of-stock sitation and not notifying the customer (not even after the order) that the item is not actually in stock at the warehouse ordered from, quite misleading, and I think such handling of the EU shop page of Minisform does not instill confidence that EU customers are actually treated with respect.

So, this is another confirmation that the reviews which strongly warm that one should never directly order from the Minisforum web site, are indeed correct and can be trusted.

The recommendation of other reviews, to instead order from Amazon, appears to be well-warrented:

Amazon never misled me or about their warehouse stock or about the delivery and never heard about such from Amazon.

As my order is 7 days out, and thus within the 30 days refund policy, I notified Minisforum that I cancel my order. Lets see if I get my money back.

I ordered from Amazon now (delivery by Amazon), where I should get delivery by the end of the week.

Fin service i betragtning af at det er en hong-kong shop.

Min første computer var defekt ved ankomst. Jeg fik besked på at sende den retur til Tyskland, og jeg fik en ny uden bøvl samt dækket portoen.
Efter 1 år begyndte den at crashe, jeg fik at vide at jeg kunne sende den retur og vælge mellem ombytning eller pengene tilbage.
Da de havde modtaget den fik jeg at vide at de ville trække 15% fra i afskrivning. Det er imod lovgivningen, men jeg kunne også have valgt at få en ombytter, og i betragtning af dette er det jo helt i orden.
Men det bedste havde jo været hvis computeren havde virket upåklageligt.

Don't use the Minisforum EU shop!! Terrible delivery service and stubborn customer service!!

Unfortunately, the DHL delivery couldn't deliver my package at my shipment address, because their status update notification didn't work and I missed the parcel by just half an hour. They left my place without handing out the parcel or leaving a note behind. I strongly assume that the driver didn't event try to deliver the parcel at my place... Such a terrible delivery service.

I immediately contacted the Minisforum support, since DHL is returning the parcel back to the shipper and refusing to return it to my place. I haven't heard any words from Minisforum support yet. Not even an automatic support ticket, stating that they're handling my case. It's a bad sign and a terrible experience for all customers, since Minisforum depends on a unreliable delivery partner.

I regret buying their V3 3-in-1 tablet from their store **a month ago**, ordered on 16.12.2024! I should've gone with Microsoft Surface or somenthing else...

**Update 28.01.2025:** Still waiting for a delivery or refund!! Customer service only stalls the refund process.
**Update 10.02.2025:** Customer support is writing me "templated" replies back, with no refund possibilities. No DHL delivery status updates whatsoever. Still waiting for the delivery....
**Update 13.02.2025:** I demanded the cancellation of my order and a full refund of payment. They stall and avoid the refund!!!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE!! I've ordered the product on 16.12.2024 and still waiting for the resolution of this issue!!
According to the EU law, a company has the obligation to fully refund, if the delivery has not been successful within 30 days of ordering it.

Good products, Bad shipping

Good products, but as others mentioned it's just a storefront for the business in China.

I ordered twice recently, waited ~2 months for the first order to be dispatched, and still waiting a month for now for the second.

Customer support is not particularly helpful, they did give me a small discount but the unpredictability of the shipping is far worse.

The website says that orders typically ship within a week, just ignore this and expect to be told your order is coming via Germany but still has to leave the warehouse in China

Lovely tech, TRASHY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered the MS-A1 and the DEG1, I have had the absolute worst experience.

I ordered back on the 23rd or 24th Nov 2024, the DEG1 was sent immediately, and it arrived in the UK on the 13th Dec. The other part, well, that was still in China somewhere...

The DEG1 remained in the UK for 6 whole days and was returned without even showing up at my door, I have a ring camera, no sign of ParcelForce, which was the service that was meant to deliver it. Worst part is, the tracking code Minisforum provided just never worked.

The MS-A1... Was dispatched on the 12th Dec, I was however trying to cancel the order long before it was dispatched, but I was told "Sorry, your order has been shipped. If you need to cancel the order, please refuse it when it is delivered. We will arrange a refund for you after returning the goods to the warehouse." That was almost a month ago, I know we've had Christmas, but I'd at least like a bit of an update, rather than being utterly ignored.

I'd send an email, then get a reply 3 days later. This is what has happened throughout the last month. I just want my money back.

Beware of Minisforum EU's Misleading Practices

I recently had a disappointing experience with Minisforum EU that I feel compelled to share. Although the company operates from Hong Kong, China, it uses "EU" in its name and a ".de" domain, which can be misleading. This branding gives the impression that they are based in the European Union, adhering to EU consumer protection laws.

I purchased a Minisforum EM680 mini computer, and after about a year of use, I encountered issues with the device. When I contacted the company for support, I was informed that the EM680 model had been discontinued. They offered to exchange it for another model but imposed a 30% depreciation fee on my original device, valuing it at significantly less than what I paid. This fee was unexpected and felt unfair.

What concerns me most is that, under EU consumer laws, electronic devices are typically covered by a two-year guarantee without such depreciation fees. However, Minisforum EU did not honor this, which suggests they might not be complying with EU consumer protection standards despite their EU-centric branding.

I want to warn other potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Minisforum EU. Make sure to thoroughly understand their policies on warranties, returns, and fees before making a purchase. The company's use of EU and a European domain may not guarantee the consumer rights and protections you might expect.

In summary, my experience with Minisforum EU was unsatisfactory due to their misleading branding and unexpected fees. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

Avoid buying directly from them

Avoid buying directly from them , it's the most unprofessional order processing. Let's start I ordered a V3 32 GB with all the accessories (pen, keyboard , cover ) 26-10 paid it and after 2 days of no order update I emailed them to ask when it will be shipped . The support is answering quite fast and informed me that the V3 and the pen is already shipped from Hong Kong warehouse and expected to arrive in early November the keyboard after that will be shipped when it's in stock . After 2 days there was a promo with a 100euro discount for new orders that will be shipped at 10 November I emailed and asked them about it and they gave me the discount as a partial refund because also my order was to be shipped at 10 November so I am eligible for it (that's why the 1 star) .The date comes no update I emailed them again and the answer was that the batch they received was small and was send to an other customer and I have to wait for the next one mid November .17 November I emailed them again and they answer that my order will be shipped from Hong Kong late November that it usually take 18 to 23 days to arrive in German warehouse and that I will get the package mid to late December I am so frustrated for another delay but can I trust you that I will get it before 2025 ? . My final waiting date will be 1 December if I don't have a shipping number I will issue a refund from my payment method. Minisforum that totally unprofessional you want to get better ? My advice Update your stock chart before someone orders so it's clearly stated when it will be shipped. Have a live chat support if always welcomed, at least stock your warehouse or send directly from Hong Kong as AliExpress does ( Ali Choice shipping ) I get that to keep price's low there must be cutoffs but this order processing is not good for anyone

I have ordered Minisforum V3

I have ordered Minisforum V3 11. august and got the confirmation mail, after few days there was no update on the order. A few days later I contacted them and they said that, they are waiting new batch of computers from Hong Kong and I can expect to get the product at the end of august. At the end of august, there was still no update on order, so I contacted them again. The second time they said that, there was other costumer that also wanted a product and they didint have enough product in this batch, so I have to wait for middle of september for my product and they also said that they will give me 10euro bonus. On 12. september I finally got order update, that product was shipped and I got it 2 days later.
I still dont know, where is that 10 euro componsation.
Costumer support was very responsive.
Product is great.
Packaging is very good.
From my experience I can recommend the product, but not the store.

Shipment delayed for over a week

I bought HX77G on 4th of October. There was no email from Minisforum about any delays. I have sent them an email on the 6th to ask when they plan to send it but I instantly received a response "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" with the content "DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of minisforum.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: minisforum.com"

The package was finally sent on the 12th without any explanation. I was just about to report a fraud to my bank.
