I had a very frustrating experience with Reviews.io. The platform appears to promote itself as a trusted review service, but in reality, it feels highly misleading and unreliable.

I personally tried to submit a legitimate review, but instead of getting proper support, I was sent in circles by an automated bot that never resolved my issue. There was no clear way to complete the process or get real human assistance.

It raises serious concerns about how reviews are handled and whether the system is designed more to benefit businesses seeking positive ratings rather than providing an honest and transparent platform for customers.

Based on my experience, I cannot trust this service and would not recommend it to others looking for a fair and genuine review platform.

Seems to be declining. In the past I valued ReviewsIO because they published my genuine reviews that were censored here.
However, of late, I never receive the email verification. So after taking the trouble to write a review, it never appears.
I dont know if this is a technical glitch or something more sinister, but it needs to be addressed urgently or people will simply stop using the platform.

Nowadays, I didn't see a option to create a business page. Search function not working as expected. They're not very reliable in business I guess

A parasite of a company. You will get fake bot reviews. They will hassle you about taking down the review. You’ll have to work to get it removed. They will refuse to close your account and go in circles about everything. These people are parasites. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing platform is Quotex I am using quotex platform from 2 years it's better than other platforms I am very happy with this amazing trading platform.

I tried to leave a genuine review for a company I bought from, but Reviews. io made it nearly impossible. Despite being a real customer, my honest feedback was filtered or ignored, while only glowing reviews were shown. It feels like Reviews. io protects businesses instead of customers, allowing companies to hide negative experiences and mislead buyers. This platform is not transparent or trustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend relying on Reviews. io for honest reviews.

My experience with Reviews.io is zero stars. After submitting an honest review of a company their confirmation email never arrived. Not even to my "spam" folder.

Secret Sales uses Evri, an extremely poor standard courier. When goods not delivered, the 'Customer Success Advovate, Zarmeen, failed to read my emails, but insisted the parcel was on its way. The final delivery date promised was 9 August, and by 14 August I requested a refund, sending the Evri tracking details showing the parcel was delivered in a village 20 miles from my home. Four emails were ignored. I eventually received a message that I would have a refund on 24 August. Evri tried to keep the delivery fee, so it took another email to claim that back.

I had a frustrating experience with Review.io when trying to leave an honest review for a company called BargainMax. Despite providing clear proof of purchase, my review was not allowed to be posted. It seems like Review.io is more interested in protecting companies rather than allowing customers to share their genuine experiences.

This experience has made me question the integrity of the reviews on their platform. If valid, critical feedback is being blocked, then how many other negative reviews are being suppressed? It’s disappointing to see a review site operate in a way that undermines consumer trust. I would not recommend using Review.io if you’re looking for a platform that values transparency and integrity.

My wife gave a negative review on Reviews.io of a UK accountancy business (chartaccountancy dot com; which has 114 5.0 reviews, and not any lower one, from Reviews.io) which behaved very unprofessionally, in breach of the law, with her. The accountants called Reviews.io and managed to get her review cancelled!
This must be how they only have 5 star Reviews.io reviews.
Conclusion: Reviews.io, which lends itself to review manipulation, is a bad business

Got sent this link to review sheds.co.uk, but you can’t leave a review. Just as well it was going to be bad!

Plenty of ways to buy into the service but no obvious way to check company reviews that have been generated by review.io. No live link from the company I am keen to check either; firesafetyequipment.co.uk
