I received my order really quickly…

I received my order really quickly however I had ordered the wrong size. As I was visiting the warehouse sale I emailed to see if I could do an exchange in person I had a reply the same day saying this would be possible! Great customer service

Product never arrived

Email received to say product was shipped on 27th June and Royal Mail still have no record of tracking info despite using tracking number provided. Wanted the shirt for an event tomorrow and now too late to find an alternative!

Hi Steve, I am very sorry that your order did not arrive, especially when you needed it for an event. It sounds like it has been lost in the Royal Mail system as we posted it on the 27th June. Unfortunately until they try to deliver the tracking information does not update, so if it goes missing in transit that is the message you will see. We have emailed you to try and resolve this for you but have not heard back as yet, we would love to try and sort out a solution so please do get in touch. Kind regards, Marianne

It has pockets!

Easy to order, free delivery and arrived so quick. Absolutely love the dress, lovely fabric and pattern. Just as the photo. Fits really well and it has pockets! What more could you ask for.
