Wrong address fixed immediately
I accidentally put the wrong address in when ordering and when I emailed the team for help they sent out another one right away to the correct address for no extra cost. Great customer service with fast replies.

Amazing Product and company!
I was so excited to order these for my nephews and watch them explore everything inside and out, but come to find out they already had this amazing product. I finally found the perfect gift for a special little girl and ordered the MiniMicroscope in such a hurry I forgot to check Christmas delivery times. When I realized I would not be able to deliver the gift I contacted the company and they offered to cancel the order immediately . We decided to just change the delivery address and she’ll have it for Christmas !

Great customer service!
I ordered two mini scopes in mid-November and was anxious to get them in time for Christmas. When I wrote an email to inquire about my order, I received a very quick reply back from Marc to update me on my shipping and my order in general. He was very reassuring and genuine in his communication with me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our package got lost in the mail
Our package got lost in the mail. I reached out to their support team and they were WONDERFUL. They were so kind and immediately dispatched a replacement package so my girls wouldn’t miss such a cool Christmas present. What a wonderful group of employees they have! Definitely shopping with them again!

Edit: The company has sent me a microscope free of charge for my inconveniences mentioned below.
Ordered a microscope for my daughter, the order confirmation is apparently something completely different and i only noticed upon receiving the product and complaining. The product which i have received an order confirmation on, is something i have never seen or ordered. Fortunately it was about only 200 DKK - suspicious company.
Since I left a bad review, now 2 days later, the website has tried to remove my review from trustpilot, since it is a bad one.

Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to start off with that there might have been a miss understanding.
We don't try and remove negative reviews, but we did request more information. Usually 3 days are given to send in information such as email and order number. This is in order for us to be able to investigate the situation better. If no response is given it's possible Trustpilot removes the review, as it could not be confirmed. However, that's Trustpilots policies to try and keep only authentic reviews on the platform, not ours.
Trustpilots review verification process aside. I've checked the order and I can confirm the order was for "The Minisystem" and not "The Miniscope". Which is a different product.
We're not able to add any product to a cart which, was not added manually by the customer, nor do and we have any way of charging for a product which was not agreed to by the customer at checkout. It seems you did receive the correct product for your order, which in this case was "The Minisystem". However, I do see that they two products can be mixed, and you seem to have ordered the incorrect product by mistake.
We'd happily resend you a Miniscope, free of charge, to try and sort out this situation. I've sent you an email, we'll keep in touch!
