I haven't recieved my order yet, but I made a mistake and ordered 2 instead of 1. They fixed my mistake immediately. Refunded half of the order and seem very friendly. I'll update my review after receiving the mini scope.

My purchase was marked as delivered but never showed up. I emailed customer service and they got right back to me. They sent a completely new order free of charge, I’ll let you know if it arrives.

There was an error in my purchase, in fact I accidentally bought an extra item but I only realized this error when completing the transaction. So I wrote an email to the information team and in just a few hours I had already received a refund and the whole problem was solved. A truly effective team! Special thanks to Marc!

I love the products this company has. Really great quality! Several family members have purchased the mini microscope and we have trouble getting it off the adults to let the kids use it .

Great customer service. After placing my order I realized I used an incorrect shipping address so I reached out via email to customer service about changing
the shipping address. Their customer service replied to my email within minutes, confirmed with me the corrected shipping address. It certainly gave me confidence in doing e-commerce with this company.

This is so much fun! It does work best when looking at specimens under a piece of glass. So definitely get the slides if you don't already have something similar.

I ordered and then realised that my grandson was getting the microscope from his other grandparents so I emailed before it was sent out. Purchased two mini microscopes and then clicked a button and it automatically charged me for more. Which wasn't great however when I got in touch the response and refund was immediate, which is rare in the days of the customer service cogs.

Totally understand that mistakes happen but it's how organisations respond to it.
