Product is literally awesome. Made 2 beers with it so far and making 3rd now. First beer went smoothly, and when I hit a snag with the second, support was super helpful and had be me back up brewing quickly.

Excellent service. During the second mash something went wrong, probably one of the tubes got clogged. Such things can happen. The mash was lost. A Minibrew technician contacted me and looked if in the log files. I got a new brewing pack for free and the machine was working fine after cleaning.

I always feel the support from the team is very intimate to the users, and they keep following up. Very satisfied.

After 25+ brews something went wrong in the process. Got some excellent help, which saved me my brew.

Great customer service! I just had a question about the delivery time of my Minibrew. They responded quickly and followed up with additional information. We even exchanged some light humor. It's the kind of customer experience that is extremely hard to find in many areas of Europe and I treasure the experience when I am lucky enough to stumble upon a company that treats their customers with value.

The guys at MiniBrew have been excellent getting my order arranged; fast responses, great engagement and genuinely helpful support. If their product is half as good as their customer service, I made the right choice going with them.

Ordered a Pro Plus bundle ( 3 kegs ) in March 2021 with an original Delivery date from May 2021. I have now been told the delivery date is at best end of July 2021, which going on current form i cant trust. Understand there are delays surround covid but 3 months is totally unacceptable.

Really amazing support team. :) had some issues with delivery - which i'm sure also falls on COVID and Brexit Related issues beyond their control - and the support team in the end did everything to ensure this was coming and where very helpful in sorting out my issues. I cant thank them enough for sorting this for us, and have already ordered more brew packs to come. Amazing bit of equipment too! Cant wait to continue using it.

I needed a fast delivery of certain brewing materials. Minibrew organised that I could pickup the stuff directly at their warehouses, same day. Great service!
