It's the worst service ever. Not having delivery on time just got delayed by 2 week. The product I recieved was damaged and I am facing problems for even an exchange/return as well. I am getting no response via call or mail. It's better to buy from amazon se they deliver within 24hrs or in two days. At this point I am stucked in between as neither the return has been initiated not the exchange.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I received a Milton product that was not in the condition I expected, and I immediately contacted the company for a return/refund. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer support team has been extremely frustrating. My emails have not been properly addressed, and I have not received the kind of support or response that a customer should expect from a reputed company.
The product itself was disappointing, but the customer service experience was even worse. It feels like once the product is sold, the company and its employees are not concerned about the customer's problem.
I am extremely unhappy with the way my complaint has been handled. I would not recommend Milton to anyone based on my experience.
Very disappointing service and a complete waste of time dealing with customer support.

Worst after sales service ever. Purchased glass top stove. Knob malfunctioned within the first month itself. Raised repair request with service team and no technicians came till now to repair it. Escalated thrice and everytime call center team gives the same reply "escalated the issue and technician is assigned". No update after that.

I had a very disappointing experience with Milton’s customer support. The service was extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite raising my issue properly, I did not receive a satisfactory solution or timely help.

It honestly felt like customers are not being taken seriously after purchase. This kind of support creates a negative impression and breaks trust with the brand.

I expected much better service from a well-known company like Milton, but unfortunately my experience suggests otherwise. I hope the team improves their customer support system and starts valuing customer concerns properly. ❌📞😞

I bought a Milton 3 burner lpg gas stove with order id 10381555, it is so nice gas stove, looks is also very nice,..

The only way you can improve is to close down. I paid for a coat on 29th December and it's been in transit ever since. I'm spreading the word about you now - far and wide.

Your support persons didn't know the difference between Prime Spin Mop and Royale Spin Mop. Then why are you selling the products?

Thank god, I didn't purchase any products from your brand. They are selling the worst quality product and customer support is good for nothing. Check their FB page for the real reviews.Don't buy anything from this brand.

I have placed an order on 17th dec 2024 and returned the same on 23rd dec2024 but did not receive the refund yet, i have made complaint many a times but did not receive any revert in a positive way, its been more than a month

Good food and bar staff were brilliant.
