The cookie was supposed to be delivered on Monday 26th for a grand opening. This was ordered on the Friday before hand. We are approaching 4pm on the 27th and we still have no sight of it. This is so disappointing.

Found the staff rude,see me stood waiting, one carried on cleaning up and pottering around before asking if she could help. The other was baking/making cookies so this was fair the other had no reason not to serve me as soon as she saw me as she wasn’t doing anything but standing when I arrived. In fact she looked at me and left the front door do her chores. Cookie was broken at the edge, and to be honest wasn’t that nice I wouldn’t purchase again.

It was our first time @ Millie’s Cookies and we were delighted that their cookies and cupcakes did not have that weird artificial sweet after-taste. We’ll be back for more!

Delivered on time but all were stuck together (piled on top hot it seems) so couldn’t separate them. Over baked too, really like a biscuit and not the usual soft style bake. Complained, refused a refund (despite being inedible) insisted on a voucher for store which I explained I cannot access due to health issues. Eventually sent a refund for half the price - still not happy but fed up of dealing with them. Never order again.

We always do a giant Millie's cookie for birthdays, goes down much better than cake and lasts a couple of days. Nice with a coffee for the grown ups. I asked for "Happy 13th Birthday [name]", but they put "Happy 13th [name]" I think because they couldn't fit it all on. Anyway no one was bothered, and it was well received, yum!

Ordering the item was easy however my item didn’t come when specified and then was delivered at 11.30 at night and left outside my house all night I wouldn’t recommend delivery as reading there reviews a lot of customers have issues

Hello,we have just had a message from DHL saying that the cookie cake I ordered is now not getting delivered till tomorrow ,this was part of my son's birthday,so I understand that this is out of your hands but this will make this product stale now , please pass this message on to DHL as I just seen him parked up less than a mile from me on my way home, ridiculous

The cookie was nicely decorated not too much icing tasted delicious

Ordered a giant heart shaped chocolate chip cookie for my daughter’s 25th birthday and she loved it!
Orders online, collected in good time and it was delicious :)

Paid for Monday delivery, came on Saturday ruined the birthday surprise. When I complained, I was simply told it was in the FAQs and no sincere apology. This messaging should be added to the checkout page so it is clear for customers.

I was also told it’s fresh for 5 days… I wanted it fresh for 5 days from Monday, when I ordered not Saturday.

Will not be ordering again.

Ordered giant cookie for wife's 40th but the quality of the cookie was disappointing with the texture not quite right. A shame for how much it cost

We ordered a mixed box of 50 Cookies for a baby shower. Arrived on time, were delicious, and great value.

Birthday cookie was divine, Millie’s cookies are just the best. I forgot to add balloons on the birthday cookie and called and the lady (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was ever so lovely. I then forgot to pick up my cookie on time and they were fantastic regarding later pick up. Fantastic customer experience, thank you so much.
