The Cookie was meant to come the day before my sons birthday but the driver did not finish the route and took it back to the depot. (Millies refunded my £5.99 delivery fee). Then the same happened yesterday (ON my sons birthday) except this time (well over the eta timeslot) the driver got 3 stops away and LIED and said I was not in - I was, he never got near us at all! And today, we were given a morning slot and again, the driver has not turned up. The birthday is over now anyway. I messaged Millies Cookies last night to report all this but still no reply this morning. The Cookie has been on the van 3 times so far, so it will likely be broken OR stale (if we ever get it). Birthday has been and gone so i'd like a refund at this stage. Will never order again while they are using DHL for delivery

Delivered on time in perfect shape!!!!

Ordered a birthday cookie cake a week in advance. Did get an email to confirm my order but nothing about delivery, ring customer service all day and couldn't get through, email the customer service and was told delivery could take up to 8pm at night! it did not turn up! Its outrageous. Apparently Millies online are different entity to store as I was planning to just collect in the end but was told i cant. A birthday without a cake, thank you Millies and thats the first and last

Far too overpriced for what you receive, noticed over the last few years the cookies have got so much smaller in depth with very thin icing certainly not worth £36 for a double one

My order never arrived. I was offered a replacement, which has also failed to arrive and now I cannot get through to anyone on their phones and get no reply to emails.

Paid extra for a Saturday delivery and ordered 7 days in advance for a giant double birthday cookie. Delivery did not turn up for Daughter birthday. Contacted customer service and standard response didn't know what happened to delivery as was dispatched on time. Offer full refund but didn't want to send a gesture of good will to my daughter who was looking forward to her cookie and just referred T&C. They wouldn't have lost any money as would have claimed from DHL. Not even a box of cookies! To keep customer happy! Refund was quick though only good thing.

I ordered for Monday it came Friday so would have been prepared Thursday and I was giving as a gift Tuesday so already 5days old , why ask you to select a delivery date if they don’t stick to it

I pre-booked a celebration cookie and a box of cookies a few weeks in advance to be delivered for a birthday party. Unfortunately they did not arrive the day before the party or on the day of. They actually arrived the day after that leaving me with no alternative birthday cake (my son doesn’t like cake and was excited for a big cookie instead) and no cookies which were for party favours. The only thing that went well was customer service promptly refunding the order when I got in touch. I wouldn’t risk ordering for a party again.
