Millhouse Leasing Arvostelua

I was supported though out the entire process by Josh. He was a fountain of knowledge when it came to the ins and outs of a quite lengthy process.
I would strongly recommend asking for him when leasing your car.

Ben Healy was extremely helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly and made purchasing my new car a breeze! He seems very genuine and honest and would happily work with him again!

Great service from Ben Healy throughout the whole process. Really professional and not pushy at all. One happy customer with a new car here!

Good communication, professional and quick delivery. Really appreciate it! Well done Josh!

Having been messed around with other leasing companies, I was recommended to approach Just Drive. I have to say from the moment I first made contact with Ben, his ability to deal with our enquiry, to understand our needs, and to find exactly what we were after and within our budget was amazing. We are so grateful for everything you have done for us Ben and we will be recommending Just Drive to all our friends and family. Top bloke, supreme customer service.

Remarkable team with remarkable people. Pleasure to work with, friendly and helpful.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Best service I've ever had from Ben Healy. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic broker, Ben Healy has been excellent to deal with & always happy to help.

Inese was a pleasure to deal with. Helped me go through options for lease of the right vehicle, and then made sure I got the best deal possible. From the beginning Inese’s professional and courteous manner shone through as well as her explaining each step as we went to the car being delivered.
Any query was never a burden and Inese took time with them all. The professionalism and knowledge of this sector is outstanding A true credit to her organisation and I would recommend to everyone

everything was very good.
no problems ,
friendly efficient service,
the car is excellent.
Ben Healy handled the deal excellantly.

Getting our 1st full electric estate was a wonderful experience. Ben Healy from Just Drive Leasing made us an offer, surprisingly on Sunday morning (some people just tend to you right away as we had requested the quote on Saturday evening, the night before, not even expecting it until Monday) we could not turn down. Beating all other companies by a mile on a full electric Exclusive MG 5 estate westminster silver car with 8k miles per year lease deal with an express delivery and contracting so conveniently digital and easy that it was more simple than ordering goods from Amazon. We were pleasantly surprised and are now gratefully happy to had encountered Just Drive Leasing. Thank You so much Ben. Good luck with everything. Kind regards. Benji from Radocaj family.

Josh was simply brilliant. Went above and beyond to find me a dream car at incredibly short notice when lead times were very long. Thanks for the impeccable service and I would highly recommend.

Every request for additional information was supplied quickly and proficiently. Their operative Inese, met every request with a friendly disposition and went beyond the norms of expectation to ensure all requirements were fulfilled.

Ben helped me throughout the process and answered all questions I had when I decided to lease my first car. Him and the company were swift and smooth and had organised everything to make sure I had the best experience. Would definitely recommend.

I have just received my car from Just Drive Leasing and I am delighted. Given the current situation with shortages, I fully expected a series of delays… but there were none! Ben Healey was excellent with sorting everything out and has been always contactable when needed. He has gone above and beyond to secure a car that would be here on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ben at Just Drive Leasing has been brilliant throughout the whole process, from initial enquiry through to delivery of the car. This was my first time leasing a car and the whole process was made super easy and stress free. Thanks Ben for all your help!

I first made contact with Inese back in March 2021 when looking to sort a lease for my new car. Inese dealt with initial enquiries excellently - always prompt and always looking after my needs as a customer. The price offered was competitive and so I went ahead with an order.

In July, when the car should’ve been ready, there was a delay due to a global shortage of parts. Inese communicated with me throughout, helping me to secure my previous vehicle for a longer period. She went above and beyond at this point to get me a good deal on my current vehicle with a guaranteed sale for when my new car would arrive. Due to poor service from the company with whom my previous vehicle was under, I was almost without a car. Inese made sure this did not happen.

The new car was due early December and the guaranteed sale of my previous vehicle held up, but wasn’t as competitive as other buyers were offering. Inese found me a buyer closer to the other offers so that she could deal with both the delivery of my new car and the sale of my old car and made sure I could get maximum equity out of my previous vehicle. Late on a Friday evening, Inese herself made the four hour drive, eight hour round trip, to deliver my new vehicle to me and to take my old vehicle away to complete the sale. Again, going above and beyond, making me feel like a very valued customer.

Inese’s customer service over the last nine months has been second to none and I’m very grateful that I had such a competent and professional individual dealing with my new lease. Everything was easy and well communicated and I will be back in touch with Inese in 18 months to arrange my next vehicle.
