Millhouse Leasing Arvostelua

Like others leaving reviews for Just Drive, i too had never leased before, and i too was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Absolutely no need to be when dealing with this leasing company. From the initial phone call with the excellent sales account manager Inese, to the actual delivery of the vehicle, the whole process was faultless and stress free, nothing was too much trouble for her, even a call from myself at the very last minute of office opening hours was dealt with in a very unrushed, professional and courteous manner. Inese is a real credit to the business, Just Drive are very lucky to have people of this calibre working for them. Thank you for your hard work, really loving my new Tesla, i will have no hesitation in recommending Just Drive to my friends and family.

I'd never leased a car before so naturally was very cautious about the process and everything that went with it. Josh at Just Drive has been excellent throughout. Always helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble.i never got the sense he was telling what I wanted to hear, was never pushy and answered the million and one questions I had for him quickly and efficiently.... day or night and at weekends. Even on his day off he would still assist. Customer service at it's very best. Thanks Josh... look forward to my one year call... Nice touch that by the way!

At the beginning I would like to send many thanks to my account manager Inese for the great experience I had throughout choosing my car .
The whole process was smooth and stressless .
She presented great knowledge about all car aspects, great advise and always was helping to get best and chipset deal available .
Once again big big thanks for all the hard work .
I’m really happy with my new Discovery, and just on time for Christmas!

Ben Healy was excellent throughout the process, keeping me informed and responding to my emails -usually within minutes, car was delivered within expected timeframe!

Ben Healy is an asset to his company. He is readily available to answer any queries and has fully explained the process from
buying the car to its actual delivery. His tolerance is notable as patience is not my best asset. Once again thank you Ben - we have a happy household.

I spoke to Joshua and he is an absolute star! I'm a brand new driver with no knowledge of leasing car or buying car in UK. He asked me the correct questions, solved my confusions and helped me making an informed decision. He was very supportive and professional, a pleasure to speak to. I would like to finalise a deal with Just drive leasing guided by Joshua.

Great experience despite all the wider problems surrounding car supply at the moment. Josh kept me informed throughout and chased up any issues for me. Very impressed with Josh.

Fantastic, smooth first experience of leasing a car.
Joshua from Just Drive was very helpful and informative. Top service and would highly recommend.

Just Drive recently arranged a new lease car for me. I dealt with Ben and found him to be knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me updated at all stages and was always available and willing to answer my queries. The delivery of the new car went smoothly and overall I am very pleased with the service received to date.

Inese has been very helpful throughout all the process, quick and clear answers, and always striving to cover all our requirements. I gladly recommend her services.

Ben Healy really understands customer experience, supported throughout the entire process on a great deal, provided regular updates, something I’ve not experienced with dealerships. Would definitely recommend.

Josh Morriss is a asset to JustDrive. After being let down by previous leasing companies I was apprehensive about trying a new leasing company but Wow Wow Wow, from the moment Josh contacted me we were able to find the vehicle I was looking for and delivered within 2 weeks. Josh was patient, helpful and always provided accurate information with reasonable timeframes. Josh went over and beyond to make sure he delivered exceptional service. It was absolutely priceless. Give the man a pay rise or a promotion!

This is my first time leasing and it has been an easy and pleasant process, any concerns I had was explained and made me feel at ease and feeling excited on getting the new car.
What I like was that there was always some available by phone if needed. Overall its been a great service and my car has now arrived so a big thank you to josh for sorting everything out.

From start to finish my dealings with Josh have been excellent. He has kept me updated on progress liaising with the various dealers to ensure a quick and smooth handover today

Pleasure to deal with!!

Been great dealing with Ben Healy over the last few weeks. Initial car he sourced suffered a delay in delivery from the dealer, Ben provided great assistance in locating a new car that met with my delivery requirements. Very happy to take delivery of new car today and the service provided.

Quality service from initial enquiry right through to delivery of car. Josh was a pleasure to deal with. The communication & updates throughout the process was first class. Very easy to contact and got a quick response whenever I called. The whole process was made very simple. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. Thank you

Friendly and honest service, extremely helpful when I was struggling with the IT. Could not have done it without Ben Healey’s patience.
