Miles Morgan Travel - Malmesbury Arvostelua

Helpful and friendly and able to find the holiday I wanted

I presented the agency a challenge and they came out tops. Everything I wanted was arranged speedily. I could never have done this trip without their help and knowledge.

Super efficient service from Meg. Our request was very straightforward but slightly challenging as booking a trip for 16 old males really narrows down the options. Meg found a few places that would be happy to take us, her suggestions ticked all the boxes and it made deciding where to go very easy. When it came to booking the process couldn't have been simpler and Meg even managed to sort a few last minute discounts, bringing the price down ever-so-slightly.

Always use Miles Morgan.
They know what sort of accommodation I like and are happy to advise if suitable, etc.
Friendly staff in the Malmesbury office.

My wife and I recently returned from a month trip to Kerala in Southern India.
Our holiday was arranged by Meg the Manager of Miles Morgan's Malmesbury Branch.
Meg was at all times hugely helpful, very organised and professional in her dealing with us. This attention to detail lead to possibly our best ever trip.
I cannot recommend Miles Mogan Travel and Meg highly enough. In fact we have already started plannng our next trip which will be to Cambodia and Vietnam under Meg's expert guidance!

From the moment we entered the shop,
nothing was too much trouble. With a smile
on her face she listened and then provided us
with flight details, all the time interacting with us as we have booked a previous Holliday with them.
Would definitely use and recommend them for
future Hollidays.

Joanne Greenway was very professional in dealing with our complicated request. She listened attentively to our needs, provided great advice, followed up on all of our questions. The information and quotes she provided were very professionally compiled. We can't thank her enough.
Our tickets are now booked and we look forward to our trip to Australia and New Zealand.

Joanne was very promoted in helping us. She found places which fit our brief and made it easy to book a special holiday.

Such good help! She understood exactly what we wanted, and found better deals than we had seen online. Airport transfers all arranged - so smooth!

Friendly and helpful in responding to enquiries and fully explaining the options and requirements regarding any particular travel package.

Efficient in undertaking tasks and feeding back on progress.

In addition, being able to trust in the experience and reliability of the MM Malmesbury staff provides a much valued level of reassurance when making major purchasing decisions about holidays.
