Miles Morgan Travel - Malmesbury Arvostelua

Tanya has been excellent. Her communication and diligence in asking all the correct questions and gathering all the information she needed has been great. It’s very nice to know that our booking has been made and everything is being taken care of, giving me huge piece of mind. Thank you Tanya.

Tanya from malmesbury was very helpful in organising our trip to Australia and then further on for one of us to America. A lovely polite young lady.

Super helpful as always and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Joanne!

Jo and Meg have been fantastic as always. Lots of well researched options that show a clear understanding of our needs.

I’ve always used Miles Morgan Travel in Malmesbury. Meg is friendly, helpful and very informative. Highly recommend.

Both Tanya and Meg were very helpful, quickly understanding the type of holiday we wanted to book. Tanya was fast and efficient in locating and booking our choices

Excellent service again. Thanks Meg!

Miles Morgan listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a great holiday and location for summer 2026.

Nice friendly staff and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent and prompt service from Jo and Meg at the Malmesbury branch. Highly recommend.

Meg is always so helpful and her knowledge is second to none. She has booked many of our holidays and every one is perfect to our needs. We will always book with her as we have every confidence in her. A whole group of us now book with her because of her professionalism
Thank you Meg, manager at Malmesbury

Your agent - Joanne - was very helpful through out as she has been for many years.

Personal assistance from someone I have got to know - Joanne at Malmesbury

My initial contact was unhelpful;; I walked in to ask if they were happy to provide support for a trip to the USA to see a friend. I did not feel very welcome and although I was given the basic info I felt that I had imposed. I subsequently approached someone who’d been recommended but this link was not good. I returned to Miles Morgan and happily the trip is now booked. There has been a sense that I had to provide much of the information to receive the detail

Very helpful and approachable. Thank you

Staff very knowledgable. Same price as on-line but all the hassle removed with all information entered and boarding passes produced.

The staff are very knowledgeable about all the holidays they are selling, and do their best to come up with suitable suggestions they think would be better for us. I have just booked my fourth trip with them and they give me confidence that all will be how it should be with transport and accommodation, so we can relax and enjoy our holiday.

I didn't feel under any pressure when visiting the shop which is important because that can dictate any decision making.
Also most of the questions asked came from me and they were answered fully by the lady in the shop.
Very pleased and quite surprised by her pleasant attitude

Jo was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She made booking our holiday to Singapore, Australia and Japan a pleasure. Clearly explained the details and made us feel confident to commit to booking our trip of a lifetime for us and our children.
