MilesBuyer Arvostelua

Beware of this group. In my case they asked for additional things which are unrelated and werent mentioned on their website or introductory email. Absolutely no reason for them to request logins to someone's social media to "verify" identity. Wasted 2 days with these guys and had to change the passwords I gave them.

Try SellMyMiles.com. I highly recommend their service.

Brilliant service from Ben @ Miles Buyer.
These are genuine guys and provide excellent communication throughout the deal.

Happy to recommend and do future deals.

Best on the web that I could find

It was not a simple procedure but I was helped at every step. Excellent service would recommend this site .

I had 110,000 Virgin Atlantic miles which I wasn’t going to use any time soon. I got quotes from milesbuyer and flipmymiles - milesbuyer offered about 10% more. Process seems pretty easy and I now have a chunk of cash in my Paypal account. I wait and see what happens next but so far it seems like a good way of monetising an asset which would otherwise have probably been forgotten ....

They were very fast to answer!!!!! Fantastic process! I recommend milesbuyer.

Great Service! Quick and easy process along with good customer support. I highly Recommend them.

Great service - quick, easy and good value for miles. Definitely recommended.

Very easy and painless transaction. A few quick steps and they sent me money for unused airline miles!

Everything was perfect!
I discussed with Nate, who is an amazing person. He works quickly, efficiently and he is nice.
Quick paiement (less than 6 hours, the same day).

Sceptic at the beginning,I guarantee it works! 48h to get the money! Team is really reactive and help you in each steps! I do recommend!

It took less than 48h between the quote and the payment on my Paypal account.
The process was easy, and the exchanges with Milesbuyer via email were very fast.
I recommend them for sure!

I highly recommend Miles buyer for their best rates, easy process, and great customer service.

Sceptical at first. I for sure thought I was about to be ripped off. Everything was fine & money in my PayPal within the hour.

A pleasure to do business with. Received money via Paypal for my miles same morning and process was very easy. Highly Recommended!!

All went well, can definitely recommend.

Trustworthy would be the 1st word to describe the experience.
Sold my Miles&More miles! Being first time it took me a while to go through the process but now that I know is easy and smooth.
Thanks Ben!!!
PS: only catch would be the paypal fee which is quite a lot (~4.5% was for me)...but is not something that you can avoid and they need to make a leaving as well.
Safe travels to all miles collectors!

Horrible experience. They wasted hours of my time (and gathered tons of personal data) only to tell me that they couldn't pay me because I'm currently in Indonesia. Avoid!

Great service from start to finish. I got paid within 30mins of enquiring!!
I got a good rate too compared to other mileage brokers. High recommend milesbuyer and will certainly be using them again

I have been using Milesbuyer.com to get rid of certain miles that are due to expire and that I'm not going to use. I must say that the Milesbuyer.com has been really professional. Their pricing is very competitive in the market place. They have been responsive to all my needs in no time and were honest with respect to the value attached to the miles and market conditions. Particularly, I had a very good experience with Ben and Sheer. They are amazing. Will definitely consider them when an opportunity arises.

I have tried tirelessy for the past 2 years to use my Virgin Atlantic airmiles and all to no avail. I have concluded that the scheme is a con in every way, deliberately frustrating the traveller to the point of giving up!
Then I contacted MilesBuyer a few weeks ago, and approached a potential sale with caution and much trepidation. I did not move very quickly, I was very synical and dubious. Read review after review, took legal advice, and finally today decided to give it a go. I need not have worried. This morning I satisfactorily concluded the sale to MilesBuyer for a substantial amount of airmiles, and the money is already in my bank!
It was seamless to say the least, and I sincerely apologise to MilesBuyer for ever doubting them. Excellent company, absolutely professional from start to finish in every way, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the future. George (Co Armagh) Northern Ireland
