MilesBuyer Arvostelua

quick replies, nice staff, worry-free payment process, will use again and can highly recommend

Easy fast payment trustworthy

Upfront payment was greatly appreciated! As a first-time user I had many questions, and was always guided and supported by the staff.

They are very thorough in verifying who you are and who they are, which I appreciated. You want to trust who you're working with.

Was quick and easy though they still have not used the points they purchased

Quote provided within an hour. Payment received right after they confirmed my identity (ID; paypal). Miles placed in couple of weeks, so be prepared to leave them an access to your FF account. Overall good experience and fair prices for my miles sold.

I have had excellent experience wihh MilesBuyer. It went smoothly for me. The money arrived when they said it would.

Everything went quickly (payment was made the same day!!)and straight forward with them. Best miles buyer out there. Highly recommended!!

It's nerve wrecking to trust businesses on the internet but Milesbuyer is a legit, trustworthy company. I had some credit card points. I reached out to them and after a few simple questions, we did the transaction on the phone, and it took less than an hour from start to finish. They did as they promised and the money was transferred to my account by ACH transfer within a few hours. They are truly the best in the miles and points game, and I will definitely do business with them in the future.

As a first time miles seller I was a bit nervous but it really was extremely easy. They were prompt with communication and the payment, and over all extremely helpful and informative on why each piece of information was necessary. Would do it again. Thanks!

Recently sold me Alaska miles to Miles buyer, the communication was quick, direct and prompt. Took a total of a month for my sale to complete. Would definitely return and do another sale with them in the future.

Been using them for years, never had any issues selling points and to be honest it's probably one of the more streamlined companies to do stuff like this for. Highly recommend them!

Very Easy to deal with. Highly recommend MilesBuyer.com if you want to convert your miles into cash.

My experience of selling points to milesbuyer was always positive. They are quick to respond and very communicative! Also, they are fast to make payment. I really enjoy working with them. Will sell points to them again in the future.

Absolutely evil scam-lords. They've managed to turn something that is vulnerable for both sides though technically scrupulous into something so radically exploitative. Make promises, ask for passwords, go into your account and look around, then tell you they're not going to pay you anything and give a shifting arsenal of reasons for it. You will NOT be safe if you use their services. You're throwing 1000s of dollars and probably the endurance of your mileage account down the drain.

Very reliable, fast payment and great communication.
Highly recommended

Outstanding service. Gave me the best price and the process was straightforward and quick. Turnaround from initial enquiry to receipt of funds was less than 24 hours. The only bug bear is with paypal who take ridiculous charges and have placed the funds on hold. That said, milesbuyer have said they will see what they can do to speed up the payment by communicating with Paypal. Something they do not need to take it upon themselves to do. All in all, I cannot speak highly enough about this organisation. Thank you.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!
The first red flag is the lack of organization, asking for the SAME information already provided. They are quick to collect your information, yet when you question when you'll receive your funds you get nothing but songs and dances.
There is a reason 25% say DON'T USE THEM.

Never had these issues with other companies

easy sales, transaction and a customer support who takes the client seriously! I would definitly sell to milesbuyer again!
Recomended!
