The sweatpants jeans are an absolute joke. They are so crappy looking and made. Requested a refund 30 days ago…..still waiting. Don’t make the same mistake! Horrible product terrible company from China!

Total scam of $56.85! A zero rating if possible. Cheap fabric, sizing off and does not look like the ad. Junk! Requesting a refund. I hope their “ peace of mind” return policy is true.
What a scam! Buyer be ware!

Tried to return products. Did not fit. Company will not accept returns. Warehouse is somehow closed. Offered refund in 7 - 10 days. Not received in 30 days. Was told to keep product. Requested multiple times, no response.

The company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I spent $85 on two pairs of jeans that are complete junk that are made out of a plastic polyester material and the sizing is totally off and too small. I’ve tried reaching their customer service three times and they never respond back. They also falsely use other Instagram influencers’ advertisements for similar trusted brands to make you think they are recommending theirs. Avoid this company at all cost!

Don’t do it don’t buy them Jeans are terrible! Wish I checked Trustpilot first! This is the worst quality, customer service, no response. Feeling like I’ve burned my money, watching it go up in smoke! Lesson learned!

I wish I could give this company a zero rating - DO NOT buy from here - the shears are terribly made, the customer service is the worst & forget about an exchange or refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Don’t do it just don’t first I ordered 2 pants November 3rd they didn’t ship my order until 2 weeks later after I did a charge back with my credit card I didn’t recieve my order till the 23rd of November and wow it’s so bad mind you I’m 5 feet 2 inches tall and these are short not only that the sizes are like a size too small they are nothing like sweat pants more like polyester with ugly print on it lol it’s ridiculous I’m waiting for a response so I can return them

Horrible experience.. took 2 months to get, did not like the fit, too short.
Sent email to support for return, was told they would only exchange, took 30 days for a response, I asked for a different style three weeks later that was confirmed. 30 days later it was sent to the wrong address in a different state contacted support two weeks later responded with they would contact me when the new order was sent out three weeks later it was sent out received the exchange three weeks later they sent the exact same thing I had ordered initially . Now I have two pairs of so-called jean sweatpants and their return policy is 14 days. It will take 14 days for them to even respond again to my request to return it so then it is outside of the return policy ! beware.

I placed an order October 14 and it’s now the end of November and I still do not have my order. They will not respond to emails for help. Their tracking system is incorrect. It said it was delivered a couple weeks after shipping from China, which is totally incorrect. I paid for shipping insurance but there is no information on how to use the insurance to refund me. They are a fraud and a scam. Do not purchase from them.

I wouldn’t even rate it as a 1. They look nothing like the picture. Customer service is terrible. I’m still waiting for a response & contacted them 2 weeks ago about returning them. DO NOT BUY

If I could make this rating lower than 1 star I would. I have asked since August 28 for a refund for a purchase. They advertise a product and picture it and send you a piece o f junk at the cost of 82.00. I have asked over and over again for a refund. Promises made to refund my money and nothing for 3 months. They advertise a lot on social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A BOGUS COMPANY!
My intent is to flood the social media so no one ever buys anything from this company. Better Business Bureau will not even rate them. Many complaints from customers AND they list a Customer Service phone number out o Chicago that is not a working number. Facebook needs to stop promoting SCAM businesses.
They need to be put out of business.

It took almost 3 weeks to receive. The sizing is off and runs small so I requested a return number to exchange for a larger size. I repeated my request and never received a reply. Site indicates easy return but did not happen. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. i.e. non-existant!
In addition, the pockets are lined in white and they really gap open and interior pocket is very visible.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. They are horrible. No response to email and no response to instagram dm. No sign of the jeans.

Horrible service have tried to email them 3xs. Took forever to get my Pants and when they arrived they looked like little girls size 10-14 teeny tiny. No adult can fit in these I went by the size chart and got an XS since I wear a size 2. Will never order from this place again

I ordered a pair on October 31st. It is now Nov. 19th. Have not heard from them after 4 messages sent to customer support address. Phone number is no longer in working order. Money was taken out of my account the next day after ordering. This whole company is one be scam. Please do not order anything from them. Going to have my bank reverse the charge to my card and report as fraud.

Getting a hold of a customer agent was very difficult, but once I did the service was excellent. I ordered two pair of the sweat/jeans and found them to be too short for me in the rise.(I need a high waist) these, I think, are for a younger gal....I am older!!! The small and the medium didn't fit my waist, too small, and the length was too long for my 5ft2in. frame. quality was good and price is fair but they are not anything like sweats. They are a very comfortable fabric however.

I can not begin to describe how thoroughly DISAPPOINTED I am with the jeans. They don't come close to matching any description or video online. I am NOT "cheering on a dream!" I am cursing the day i got sucked into buying your totally crap product. Mila Rosabella is a disgrace of a company!
