Good afternoon! I rarely write reviews, but this is one of those times when I really felt like sharing my experience!
At first, I placed an order for two bracelets, with three charms on each. Then I read some of the comments here and became a little worried. But I want to reassure everyone reading this, as well as any potential customers who may have doubts: the company is absolutely legitimate and very professional.
My order was shipped to France, and exactly one week after placing the order, I received it today. I was delighted to surprise my wife and myself with such beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry!
The company kept me informed at every stage of the process, from order processing to shipping. After that, I simply followed the tracking information provided by the delivery company.

I ordered two custom bracelets from her, and they are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, high-quality, and deeply special pieces that I will cherish and wear forever.
Throughout the entire process, Mila’s communication was amazing. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions, making sure everything was perfect. On top of that, the delivery was fast, efficient, and completely hassle-free.

Hi Kelvin, this review leaves out the full picture. Bpost tracked and confirmed the parcel as delivered on 27 January (delivery took 4 workdays) to the address you provided — which is a commercial gym where you work. We spent over a week investigating with you: checking the parcel log, asking colleagues, reviewing storage areas, and contacting Bpost. With delivery confirmed by the courier, we still offered to remake your order at 70% off the original price as goodwill — you declined because you'd already bought your wife something else. We then offered a discount on a future order — also declined. No business can refund a parcel a courier has confirmed as delivered, and we went well beyond standard practice trying to find a workable solution.
Wouldnt buy again, very Cheap quality
Waaaayy overpriced the quality is not worth this high price. Not only that but the locket wouldnt stay closed. Wouldnt recommend or buy again from this website.

Worst experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a personalised thing. TACKY, CHEAP MATERIAL, BLURRED PHOTOS and poor ingraving. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS QUALITY. They wrote if the quality is not satisfactory then I can receive a refund, but now they are not following their own policy.

Hi Mark, we're sorry the locket didn't meet your expectations. Each one is personalised with engraved text and a photo insert chosen by the customer, so these pieces can't be resold and, under EU consumer law, can only be returned if faulty. Yours was made exactly to the photo and text you provided, with no manufacturing defect. One thing worth clarifying for anyone reading: our FAQ asks customers to get in touch if they're unhappy so we can help, which we did, offering several options and solutions. Sorry we couldn't find something that worked for you.

Finally received a working locket. It took some time but the company did take care of it. It was not a very fun experience at first but ultimately they did send a functioning replacement and corrected the situation!

We were sorry to see this review, because it captures only the early days of the case rather than where it ended up.
After reviewing the video you sent us, our team identified the issue as a closure calibration rather than a structural defect. We offered three options to resolve it: a short instructional video to adjust the closure at home, a quick visit to a local jeweler, or a return to us for inspection and repair. The mention of possible import duties applied only to the return path — as a transparent note about how international parcels work, not as a fee from our side.
When the at-home adjustment didn't fully resolve things, we sent a brand-new replacement locket at no cost, via a shipping method that let us prepay all import duties on our side so nothing was owed at your door. You confirmed to us once it arrived that the new piece works well and is a much more solid locket.
We're genuinely glad it does, and we hope your wife enjoys it for many years.

Ich wollte einen Anhänger für meine Frau zu Weihnachten kaufen. Leider ist der Anhänger schlecht verarbeitet, und für den Preis kann man wesentlich mehr erwarten. Die Erreichbarkeit des Supports lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Einen Monat habe ich mit dem Support hin- und hergeschrieben, bis sie mir einen Ersatz gesendet haben, den ich ehrlicherweise nach dem ganzen Theater gar nicht mehr möchte.

De selger stålsmykker til priser som er langt høyere enn det et gullsmykke normalt ville kostet. Kostnaden deres er garantert under 50 kroner, mens de selger dem for rundt 800 kroner. Kjøp heller ekte vare i stedet for dette juglet. Ikke la dere bli lurt.
