My original bracelet was delivered to the wrong address. I even had proof because the delivery driver uploaded a photo of the delivery—and it was clearly not my house and not even my mailbox. There was no dispute about what had happened.
After several emails, I was assured that a replacement bracelet had been sent. Weeks later, nothing has arrived. Even worse, when I check the tracking information it still shows an estimated delivery date of 10 June, despite being told that another replacement was dispatched on 25 June.
I’ve been given nothing but empty promises, with no bracelet, no updated tracking information, and no explanation. It’s impossible to know whether anything was actually sent.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. A company should take responsibility when there is clear proof of a delivery error, but instead I’ve been left chasing them for weeks with no resolution.
I would not recommend buying from this company. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect reliable customer service or a satisfactory solution. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
