I got what I wanted which was a lower cash outflow using a consolidated loan approach. My loan management is easier because Dave helped me roll up several different loan providers into one loan provider.

The wrap up gift of chocolates is a nice thing to do at the end. Just leaves a nice memory.

The only challenge I faced was the first time I met with Westpac, my new provider, they spent 2 hours trying to sell me Insurance I already had in place (Superannuation, Income Protection, Home and Contents, Life Insurance). These things can be asked in the Mortgage Brokers initial assessment and then this process can be eliminated (maybe it was, and I forgot).

Dave was fantastic to deal with great communication and quickly got us the results we needed and wanted. He was open to answer all questions and listened and understood our unique situation with empathy and worked with us to achieve exactly what needed to be achieved in a timely manner

I don't know how people do it without a broker. Dave was extremely helpful and made the whole thing so much easier with his experience and knowledge. me and my friend i brought with say in Dave we trust, And i will be recommending him to everyone i know needing assistance

Dave was so helpful. He knew his stuff, and got us the best rate possible. I totally recommend him as a mortgage broker. I just pretty much assumed all banks were the same so if our bank said no then I probably wouldn't have bothered looking at other banks. Dave knew all the rules and ins and outs of the banks so it is totally worth your time to get the best deal through a mortgage broker.
