I had a great experience with Mifo's customer care. They were quick to respond to my query. They were quick to respond to my query. They provided clear instructions to resolve my delivery issue. I am impressed by professional behavior and how they make sure I was satisfied with the solution.
Disappointing Product and Terrible Customer Service.
I purchased Mifo earbuds 2024 with high expectations, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic standards. After low sound and connectivity issues , I followed all the company’s refund criteria to the letter, including making a video of the product (earbuds lasted only 4 days with me before filing within the return window, and providing proof of purchase.
Despite this, the company refused to process my refund. When I attempted to contact customer service to clarify, my inquiries were ignored or dismissed outright.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Not only was the product a disappointment, but the lack of accountability and support from the company shows they do not care about customer satisfaction.
I cannot recommend this product or company to anyone. Proceed with caution if you choose to purchase from them.
Being ghosted by this company - AVOID
Being ghosted by this company. Bought two wireless headphones during the black Friday sales, but want to return them. They are not responding to emails, and having dug deeper, have no other method of communication available. They mention a chat bubble on their website which is not there, and they are not on any socials. Scam company, avoid at all costs. And the sad thing in, the product, which is alright tbh doesn't even get a mention because the customer service is do dire. And illegal.

Bought a pair of earbuds and they were delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and told them I have been the the house 4 times! They just sent a generic response that was no help whatsoever.
I've sent 2 emails since and had no reply. I am currently going through my bank issuing a charge back.

Been waiting 4 months with many emails sent
No returns process, very average earbuds, whole thing seems a scam, at least my earbuds arrived
Whole thing stinks from the start. No email confirmation of your order. Dodgy company records at Companies House. No returns process / contact details. No response to enquiries.
Inadvertently bought 2x sets of earbuds due to lack of clarity in the buying process; emailed the company immediately to ask them to avoid dispatching the second set, to avoid hassle returning them. Email ignored/no response. Both packs arrived.
The claim on the web site is that the buds never fall out of your ears, even if you're exercising. Utter rubbish - they drop out regularly, I haven't even tried them in exercise, as they drop out just moving around. Sound quality is ok but not particularly different to any other brand.
If you visit their Refunds / returns page, which suggests a chat bubble that doesn't exist, and that you use the reutrns address (that isn't listed anywhere) you'll see a note on the same page saying that Mifo is operated by Smartware Technology Limited. Do yourself a favour: have a look at it on Companies House, company number 11792693. You'll find a very limited history; categorisation as importers and exporters; American and Canadian directors in Dubai - oh and the single director registered at a housing estate in London (the company address) - not unusual for a tradesperson or when a business first starts out, but clearly suspicious given all the other issues.
Have since tried to obtain contact details to return the second pair, and wish I'd read all these reviews before buying the first set. You try to login to initiate the returns proces - and it suggests nothing has been ordered ... something of a fallacy, given I have 2x sets of earbuds here... No contact details for returns.
When you try to login to find a link to start the returns process/RMA, you receive an email with a code to login. The postal address shown for the company on the email you receive, when you look at Google maps, is a residential address.
What a swindle. I intend to report them to the police via Action Fraud, suggest you do the same.
I really like these earbuds
I really like these earbuds, mifo ear buds are bit small in size but its really comfortable and fit perfectly, the frequency of sound is very clear. when i listen the music during my maths i really enjoy the music. Music sound is nice, i love the headphones, highly recommended.

I bought headphones in mid September, After two weeks they hadn't arrived so I requested a refund. They then sent the item and I waited several more weeks and nothing arrived. I was then away for several weeks & on my return I received a letter from customs saying the parcel needed an extra 33 euro to be paid. At this point it was too late so they had been sent back to Mifo by customs. I have been emailing customer support for over a week with no response. They have taken my money and I never received the item and they are now not responding to my emails asking for a refund., Robbery

Overall I have a great experience, the wireless bluetooth is excellent, they provide me discounts, they are very user friendly, This earbuds are compatible with every phone. The charging case is fantastic.

Faulty headphones received , i emailed them 5 days after and they ignored the email and will not process my return. i have proof the headphones arrived at their address as it was tracked. i sent the headphones back within their return policy plus they were faulty to begin with. it now seems my emails have been deleted. terrible
