I placed an order on 8/12/26 for a pair of shorts and a $120 dollar pair of under armour shoes order #174628
I was immediately sent an email saying the shoes are out of stock with no future stocking date. I requested them to cancel the order less than 30 minutes after the order was placed. It is now 9/14/2026 i have emailed them countless times, called and left numerous voice messages, have not received a single response and affirm has closed my dispute with them in favor of midway even though i paid 120 for shoes i never received over a month later. This company is a complete scam and will steal your money and never send you what you ordered. The countless reports of this exact thing happening are enough proof to never buy from them.

I've never had worse service
I've never had worse service. Ordered an item that was in stock for delivery in a few days. A month later, I heard nothing. I sent three emails and made two calls, and I got one response: that they would get back to me. Why am I not surprised that it never happened? I think they are a scam.

Do not shop with this company! They offer no customer support. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I'm going on 3 weeks of no response or update. Order #173645. Just give me my refund…
I purchased a baseball chest protector (order #174581). That was well over a week ago. I since then, I heard nothing. No tracking, nothing submitted to the manufacturer, and no word whatsoever. And of course, I have been charged the full amount already. I tried calling their customer service number numerous times on three separate days - it just rings out, says they are unavailable, or I’m placed on hold forever - I stayed on the line for 2.5 hours yesterday with no answer. I tried emailing them, 3x separate emails, still no response to any of them.
At this point I just want my money back, so that I can use that money to buy the product from somewhere that isn’t going to swindle me. I can see the company replying to reviews - if you see this review Midway, please just cancel my order (#174581) and give me a refund. I have lodged a dispute for the transaction with my bank already, but please just give me my money back.

Do not try to calculate discount in a cart - it will place order for you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (phone, email) & RETURN SITE DOESN’T WORK. LITERALLY EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.
Order was placed by error with the online ordering system. I, customer, never clicked purchase, only clicked button to calculate a 20% discount. Business has not responded to 4 emails, and 3 phone calls. I initially wanted to cancel the order because their platform processed a transaction without my approval. Because no one responded to the phone calls and emails about cancelling that order and stopping fulfillment/shipping, I next wanted to return the order (and, without my consent, their platform purchased ‘Return Care’ for me for $3 so this should be covered and easy). The website claims I am to submit a request for a return and its needs to be approved (laughable & cruel). That page does not work and keeps giving me an error. I sent a screen shot to the company’s email and received no response. So now I have no way to return the item. I want my money back completely and I do not want the item. The business has done NOTHING to resolve the problem. I have received ZERO communication from them
