Keith came out to repair our printer. Great service from him although its taken 2 weeks and numerous calls from reporting the fault, I feel this is not something keith has control over.

Fantastic service provided by Printer Technician Michael
Our experience with Michael was absolutely fantastic! He gave us advance notice of his estimated time of arrival just before the servicing of the printer and arrived at time he stated he would. Upon his arrival, he was very warm and helpful regarding the problems with the printer and was quite personable with ourselves. He outlined to us exactly what the problem was and the subsequent repair was resolved quickly. We highly recommend Michael to any other clients that may be experiencing printer issues.

Any small or medium size businesses, don't deal with these people
Any small or medium size businesses, please do not use this company. Do not sign a contract that is very difficult to get out of. They add extra costs where possible, hoping you won't notice. If you do notice and query them, you are met with abuse, threatening behaviour and legal action!
The printing charges seem to be plucked out of thin air. They turn up at your office unannounced and are very intimidating. There seems to be no communication between departments. If you upgrade, they don't inform the leasing company, so we ended up paying for two printers, this went on for over 7 months. We had to constantly contact mid solutions and corporate finance, who then started sending us threatening letters, when it wasn't our fault, it was down to mid solutions incompetence.
They then try to pacify you and say you can keep the printer at the end of the leasing term. This is because they don't want the hassle of collecting it and the machine cannot be leased again as it's an old model.
Don't ask them to move the printer for you, we did from a ground floor office to first floor. Cost a ridiculous amount of money. Then the engineer informed them that it took longer than expected, when in fact it was less time. So again this had to be queried as they try to charge you more money. The list goes on and on. Just buy a printer, it will cost less and be a lot less hassle and stress.
