Keith came out to repair our printer. Great service from him although its taken 2 weeks and numerous calls from reporting the fault, I feel this is not something keith has control over.

Great help from Stephen today
Great help from Stephen today. I needed to use the saddle stitch option for glossy brochures, so I reached out. He created a dedicated brochure setting and explained how to change the pdf design to be print ready for our printer. All this was done in about 20 mins.

Great service
Service engineer arrived and was immediately on it. Did a full a full service on our photocopier, identified our issue, fixed it, and made sure everything else was good as new as well.
