Please do not use them, they scammed my business for $999.99 and will not refund.

This is a total scam! Called what I thought was canon support and got these monkeys that took my money for nothing. I knew it felt weird and should have trusted my gut. Not my smartest moment!

They are crooks I bought norton antivirus and got nothing .

my computer got hacked, and I was told to call this company be McAfee. MicroPcService first quoted me 1300 to fix the problem, and then dropped the price to 499.99. which I thought was vey fishy. I told them to proceed, since my computer was completely black.
I called them the next day, and protested the price.
They told me that they would credit my credit card for 250.00 , within 7-10 days. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD.
Do not trust this company in any way. I really believe that they are involved in a scam service, and will really take advantage of you. Do NOT TRIST THEM

Buyer Be Ware. Scam risk. I called this company to remove a virus which was slowing down my computer and install a Norton 360 Premium program. They never Identified themselves as Microtech PC, all along they made me believe they were Norton, and it was then I thought I was calling Norton. That # which is 1-888-815-2726 at one time was a legitimate good # for Norton has been hacked for the purpose of scamming people. I was told my problem would be resolve but it would cost me $199.99 which I paid using my PayPal account. The virus was not removed, the product key which I provided to them bought from a reputable chain store third-party vendor was deemed no good, however, I was told they would download a similar program as part of my $199.99 payment. Since the payment was made, I have found out, first, the product key I gave them was the one they used, they did not sell any program for the $199.99 as claimed, no virus was removed, now they send me emails using the Norton logo trying to con me into signing in to my account using their fraudulent link with their email and password in order to link my already link account to google. Fortunately, I did not fall for their scam attempt. All their tel. #'s are out of service except for their tech support # which obviously they keep in service to continue to scam unsuspecting victims. I resolve my problems using the services of the legitimate Norton free of charge. You will not be able to get customer service support to report an incident like this. Stay away from Micro PC Tech Inc. or Micro PC service, by the way when I called Micro PC, they did not Identify themselves as a reputable business co. as they should have, when asked if they were Micro PC Tech they claim yes, they will say anything in order to scam you. When ask to speak to sales tech they hung up on me. The # they had initially provided for sales tech help was of course out of service. Beware of scams online. They are a dime a dozen.

I was scammed out of 1,000.
I like the other people on the reviews that I was talking to someone from a vast they had taken over my phone calls my numbers my computer everything I have contacted local authorities though and an attorney and they're being looked into I understand they'll probably go on to the FBI. This is nothing but scammers and hackers beware don't give them the time of day don't answer any phone that doesn't have a name on it do not they use voiceover on you they disconnected my Avast security and got into my computer don't don't dare talk to these people.

Scam company
I was under the impression that I was talking to a McAfee representative and was purchasing McAfee for three years. I found out that they are not affiliated with McAfee and I was not able to cancel my service. Every time I would try to contact them I would get disconnect or blocked.If you want my opinion is to Stay away from this company.

He completed and corrected my issue very quickly.
